Our beautiful Origin resort with an incredible rooftop pool and hot tub just across the street from the Beach, Señor Frogs and iconic Sharky's! Steps to the Beach!!! This 10th floor unit is a spacious 1 bedroom on the back side of the resort with a partial side view of the ocean. 9ft tall ceilings, sleeps 2-4, with a HUGE king-size bed and a queen sleeper sofa, FULL Kitchen and Washer/Dryer. Everything you need! One mile to Pier Park, walking distance to Gulf World, restaurants and nightlife! Beach access located across the street nestled beside The Reef hotel.

Wonderful
The unit is quiet and clean and cozy! This is our second time staying in this unit. We enjoyed it so much last year we had to get it again this year. It’s located right next to the elevator which is super convenient! The owner responds quickly with any questions or concerns. It’s just a great room!

Fantastic Stay!
Communication with the owner was superb! We were with a large group that had rented many of the condos, this one was one of the best! We had a wonderful time! The room was fantastic! Very clean and the condo had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a washer & dryer! The king bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the morning!! The extra touch of coffee was much appreciated. Even though the view was not of the gulf it was amazing!! Your place is a great home away from home. We'll defiantly be back! Thank you Lindy!!!

Excellent
We stay at the Origin every year at PCB and this unit has been the most peaceful. No street noise or pool noise. It’s located right next to the elevator which is very nice and convenient. The room is clean, spacious, tidy and perfect for two. The owners were always quick to respond and communications was great. Check in/out process is a breeze! We will seek out this unit if available for our next trip!

PCB is now home for us. We love the Origin! We enjoy our pool, the beaches, wonderful food all around us and the beautiful views. Shopping is within a mile and we can literally walk steps to the sand whenever we want. Our dream was to own a Condo. We would like to welcome you and share a little piece of our paradise.

* We provide towels and linens (pick up some souvenir beach towels at Sunsations (the gift shop located downstairs) for your stay!

* Sunsations is downstairs in our building, and they offer last-minute toiletry items, floats, sunscreen, and other beach essentials, It's also a great place to pick up some amazing Panama City Beach souvenirs.
* Walk to many bars, and restaurants
* Less than 1 mile to Pier Park, Aaron Bessant Park, and Frank Brown Park, where many local outdoor events are held
* We are home for one of the stops that is Thunder Beach and are motorcycle friendly
*Close to many of the local Sports Complex
Getting around
Walk, Uber, Lyft, Beach Boys Taxi, Drive or Bike. Golf carts and scooters are not allowed on the premise.
Access to our incredible sunrise and sunset decks on the 15th floor (take the east or west elevators, you can not get to these decks by the main elevators).
