The Space
Primary Bedroom & Bathroom
Large private bedroom with private en-suite full bathroom in the front of the condo. Comes with a king size bed, adjustable standing desk, lounge chair, dresser, wall to wall closet space, television (FireTV enabled), clothes steamer, and pool/courtyard view. Bathroom has a large shower, plenty of storage space, great lighting, hair dryer, and squatty potty.
Bedroom 2
Large private bedroom that comes with a queen size bed, adjustable standing desk, wall to wall closet, television (FireTV enabled), clothes steamer, and courtyard view.
Bedroom 3
Large private bedroom in the rear of the condo. Comes with a king size bed, adjustable standing desk, lounge chair, dresser, closet, television (FireTV enabled), clothes steamer, and park view.
Bathrooms 2 & 3
Two off-suite half bathrooms for Bedrooms 2 & 3 with a shared shower room. Both bathrooms have plenty of storage space, great lighting, hair dryer, and squatty potty. The bathrooms share a shower room that sits in between them, Jack & Jill style. Shower room comes with a shower/bath combo.
Common Areas
Kitchen has all the necessities (oven, microwave, full set of pots/pans/bakeware, etc.) for amateur and experienced cooks! Family room has a 65” FireTV with access to all of your favorite streaming applications (Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, HBO, Disney+). Private balcony provides views of the beautiful park across the street and on a clear day you can see the San Bernardino mountains.
Note: For large groups a queen size inflatable mattress is available for use.

This is a private, spacious condo that you will have all to yourself. I've lived in the area for 9+ years and am happy to provide any recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, etc. to make your stay as wonderful as possible!

Neighborhood Description
Lively beach community in the heart of Los Angeles’ South Bay. Walking distance to Hermosa and Redondo Beach which both have amazing beaches, piers, restaurants, and nightlife to offer guests. Feel free to ask about recommendations for all the fun activities in the area.
The condo is also conveniently located across from a fantastic community park and grocery store. Just down the street you’ll also find a shopping center with a Whole Foods, multiple types of exercise classes, Medical services, restaurants, and more. Come explore LAs South Bay and all the treasures it has to offer! :)
Getting Around
We're within walking distance of the beach, a park, and many stores, restaurants, and grocery stores. I recommend using Uber or Lyft to get around if you do not have a rental car or personal vehicle. There are multiple convenient bus routes available to get around the city too.
House Rules
No smoking on site/inside
No parties are permitted in the condo
Guests are responsible for any property & items lost, damaged, or stolen by their guests
No drinking / eating in the pool; Pool hours are 9AM-10PM
Must agree to the lease agreement (if provided) provide copies of government id's (for any guest staying at the property) and complete a rental application as requested. All Association reuses shall be followed. We are happy to accommodate guests and pet(s), please let us know as part of the reservation.
*Any guest or pet that is not listed or notified is grounds for immediate removal and is considered a default in rental terms. In such cases, no refund should be expected*
**We want to ensure our property is kept top notch! For all stays over 30 days, housekeeping is required monthly at a rate of $200 per cleaning. This fee is separate and incremental to the standard cleaning fee. If you wish to have additional housekeeping services, please let us know and we can arrange cleaning services at the rate of $200 per cleaning.**
***In the event the house becomes uninhabitable due to damage or additional time needed to repair or replace items, guests will be charged at the same or average daily rate of their reservation until the issues/items are resolved or replaced. Thank you for your understanding***
Other Details to Note
Guests will be provided with instructions for use of the unit and keys for accessing the building, gym, and sauna. Condo door has an electronic lock - personalized code to be provided for guests to access the unit.
The property has a large amount of free parking available on the street and at the park. Both options are safe and spaces are generally easy to find. One guest spot is available for all building guests; not available for residents / tenants. A parking pass (1 pass provided at check-in) must be displayed to use one of the guest spots at the building. Warning: If a parking pass is not displayed or a guest parks in a non-guest parking spot, the vehicle is at risk of being towed.
Inventory of the condo will be provided for review and acknowledgement at check-in. All discrepancies must be reported immediately and on the day of arrival.
Prices in inventory list are based on full value and replacement costs and are non-negotiable. Our labor rate is $95.00 per hour for any type of repairs, installation, shopping for replacement items, etc. A minimum of $250.00 service charge will be added if replacement items are required.
MATTRESS COVERS MUST BE USED AT ALL TIMES. IF REMOVED YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A NEW MATTRESS COVER AND MATTRESS CLEANING - $500.00 PER MATTRESS.
