Welcome to Calypso's premiere rental unit, our 14th floor corner unit located in the prestigious Calypso resort, offers everything you might need for a wonderful vacation with family and friends. The Calypso property has 2 outdoor pools, a pool bar, and fitness center. After a day at the beach, you are only a 2 minute walk to Pier Park, the biggest outdoor shopping mall with many shops, restaurants, recreation activities, movie theatre, "wheel eye", and more…

Interior Living Area: The open concept living area features a living/dining area with over 30' of windows bathing you in sunlight and views from every angle of the beach, coastline, and pier park.

Enjoy ocean views from the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances, blender, and Keurig coffee machine. A dining table and kitchen bar offer enough seating for your entire party. Every kitchen gadget you could want to prepare a small snack or a gourmet meal has been provided. In the living room is a large flat screen TV with cable. Condo also includes full size washer and dryer.

Bedrooms: Inside the condo, you'll find 3 well-appointed bedrooms. Bedroom #1 has a king size bed, en suite bathroom, a wall of sliding glass doors, and an ocean view. Bedroom #2 also has a king bed, a sunset view, and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom #3 has a queen over queen bunk bed and private bathroom and tv. Two master suites have gorgeous gulf views, plasma TV's and all bedrooms have new comfy mattresses!

The 14th floor balcony is the perfect place to see for miles down the beach, or look far out onto the ocean to see dolphins, sea turtles, sting rays and other sea life often visiting our waters. Sit, relax and enjoy the spectacular sunrises, sunsets as you listen to the waves crashing in and smell the salt air! You will not find another Condo or view this perfect. Loved the condo and great views.
The condo was great and the views to die for. The condo was very clean. The location with the restaurants being in walking distance made this condo one to come back to . The only negative was the fire ants around the pool everyday. We notified the management and they sprayed once, but the ants came back and were in the pool too. Might need to hire a professional pest control company. Other than that we would recommend to friends and family.

The room was nice and perfect fir for our family. The condo staff was very rude and unprofessional. The pool closed at 10 even on the weekend, the staff in the Tiki bar was rude and wanted to go home more than please the customer. They close at 8 and that is horrible. We will choose another condo next time we stay in PCB.

Stunning view from our balcony!
Condo was just as described in the listing and pictures. Our family of six had plenty of space in each of the rooms and bathrooms. Was located on the 14th floor right on the beach and the view was gorgeous! Was nice having beach chairs provided for all six of us. Only complaint is that for a few days only 1 of the elevators were working so you either had to wait 40 min to get on or take the stairs. Overall everything was great and we definitely would come back!

Amazing view and great condo!
Stayed for the week with a group of friends, 4 adults and 4 kids. Condo is very specious and beautifully decorated. Views are breathtaking! The location is very convenient, close to restaurants and entertainment, shopping. We will definitely consider coming back! Management was very helpful and responsive, the issue with the kitchen sink disposal was fixed in timely manner. Overall the resort is very beautiful and well maintained, the swimming pools and the bar was a pleasant addition to the experience. We had a great time and unforgettable memories. Thank you!

Loved this resort. We had a corner / end room that had awesome views of the ocean. The garbage chute was right next to our room so that was super convenient. I would rate this a 5 star except that in the master bedroom the floor had spots of water that would “leak out”. Not sure what was causing that. We also had trouble with the parking garage scanner not working properly. It seemed “touchy” and would take a long time to scan the barcode whether coming in or going out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay here.

My favorite condo yet!!
It was a great stay. We had everything we needed and more. Lots of extras. Volleyball and football in closet waiting for beach fun! Very big and roomy. Queen bunk beds were a hit! Loved the corner suite. Windows on both sides. Beach view and street view (city light)! Our pool was heated on our side. Very inviting and homey! We have stayed in 5 or more and this one is definitely our favorite! It will be hard to beat…. We will be back to this one!!

INCREDIBLE IN EVERY WAY…..LOVED IT. Great location! 14th floor was high enough to avoid pool noise but low enough to sit on the balcony and see the beach and the Emerald Coast. Unit was SUPER clean and very nice. Loved everything about 1401E. Everything was close. We parked and walked everywhere. Something for every member of our family to enjoy. Fishing on the pier, shops and things to do in Pier Park and of course the beach. Warren Beach Rentals was outstanding! Answered our questions and when we needed a couple of things they were there within minutes. Outstanding service. Highly recommended. We will be back!

Awesome unit in Calypso..…. Definitely will stay in 1401E again
Warren Beach is awesome. Process was simple and received immediate response to a question about parking. Unit 1401E is Corner unit where we enjoyed spectacular sunrise and sunset views. Unit is spacious with ample seat for meals or relaxing on the balcony. Highly recommend Warren Beach and Unit 1401E.

Beautiful Condo, Amazing Views, and Lasting Memories
Wow, just wow! Our family stayed for a week in the Calypso 1401 E Condo. It was such an incredible stay for us. Communication was open and easy with the owners/management, cleanliness was 5 star, and amenities were perfect. The condo itself has 3 great size rooms and 3 full bathrooms. The bunk room has queen size beds, which is almost unheard of, but perfect for our adult size children. The second bedroom has views for days, which is highly uncommon. Because this is a corner unit, the 2nd bedroom has views of the oceanfront. Our kids loved waking up to the sunrise in the morning. The main bedroom was so roomy, including a huge closet and amazing bathroom, with of course it's own entry onto the balcony. Since the unit is on the 14th floor, the views are amazing on the roomy balcony. The property has it's own cute touches, like the coffee/wine area, that not only make you feel as if you're on vacation but also comfy enough to feel like you're home. The condo is in the heart of Pier Park, which makes finding things to do a breeze. Plenty of shopping, dining, or just relaxing on the beach! We will definitely be returning to this property!
