It has a lovely living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and two bathrooms (with shower and bath). There is also a garden of around 500 m²! Wifi included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation comprises
Ground floor:
- A bright, south-west-facing 40 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, dining area, TV...
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.

Half floor
- Bedroom 1: A master suite with queen-size bed (160×190), shower room and WC

On the first floor:
- Bedroom 2: One queen-size bed (160×190) (2 twin beds (90x190) glued together and can be separated if required)
- Bedroom 3: Double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: Double sofa bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board.

Outside :

During your stay in Normandy, you will have the opportunity to enjoy a wide range of activities: walking or cycling, the marina, sailing school, market, fishing, museum, cinema, casino, visit to the Juno Beach museum, Arromanches artificial harbour...
You can stroll around the market twice a week and the fish market every morning.

The house is ideally located in Graye-sur-Mer, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. You will benefit from being close to all the essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (2 vehicles), at the entrance to the garage (3 vehicles) and in the allotment...

- Nearest train station: Caen, about 24 km away (30 min by car)
- Nearest airport: Caen-Carpiquet, about 22 km away (30 min by car)
