Come to stay in this lovely apartment, located in a charming historical residence.
Close to the boulevard Carnot and 7 minutes walk from the center of Cannes, this 3 room apartment in a historical bourgeois residence, renovated with high ceilings and panoramic French windows, is quiet, except for the charming sound of birds and crickets.
Please be informed that a facade renovation will take place from September 2024 to February 2025.
It is composed of a large and bright living room with sea view, 2 bedrooms with sea view, 2 bathrooms with hill view. Located on the 3rd floor with elevator, this airy and bright apartment also has a common parking space in a secure residence with electric gate.
This small haven of peace of 100 m² has wide open views overlooking the beautiful palm trees and pines of the Residence and the sea and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
The apartment is ideally located in the Saint Nicolas district, which includes some of the most important places in Cannes:
- Palais des festivals: 6 min by car, 10 min by bus and 11 min by foot.
- Beaches: 5 min by car, 12 min by bus and 13 min by foot.
- Supermarket : 4 min by car, 11 min by bus and 15 min by foot.
- Restaurants / bars : 3 min by car, 4 to 10 min by foot
- Cannes train station : 7 min by foot
The apartment will be prepared on your arrival with quality sheets and towels (organic and fair trade cotton). It also has an internet connection and air conditioning in the living room.

- Independent kitchen : American refrigerator - kettle - toaster - Nespresso - microwave - oven - dishwasher - washing machine
- Main bedroom (1) : a double bed (140) with a view on the sea - opens on the living room, with possibility to close with a curtain
- Second bedroom (2) : a double bed (140) - air-conditioning + small view on the sea
- Bathroom 1: bathtub (bathtub and sink only, no toilet)
- Bathroom 2: shower (shower and washbasin only, no WC) - this is a bathroom adjoining the second bedroom
- 1 separate toilet room
- Equipment: iron and ironing board - hair dryer
- 3rd floor with elevator

- early arrival, before 4:00 pm, according to availability
- late departure, departure after 11:00 am, according to availability

The following rules are an integral part of the rental contract, you have access to them before every booking to get informed about the check-in/out process as well as the rental rules.
Every arrival is self-managed, you get your keys in a keybox. Those are not at the same address than your unit but in several strategic spots in Cannes.
We take care of choosing the one that suits you the best.
We propose a few other check-in solutions with an extra fee charge and according to availability :
- Early check-ins
- Airport transfers
- Welcoming in person on site
The information about the keybox and all the access to the flat will be sent to you on the day before arrival, at the end of the day.
It’s possible to rent a baby set with extra cost to one of our partners once your booking is confirmed.
The check-out time is 11am, we ask you to be ready to leave or already gone in order to not make the cleaning crew wait as they have a very strict schedule, if you’re gonna be late, please call us asap, otherwise we will charge you from 45€ depending on the time you will leave the flat.
If you want to extend your stay, you have to do it the day before, if you wait until the due day, we will charge you 15€ for the cleaning crew shift fee.
We ask you kindly to empty the fridge, do your dishes or put them in the dishwasher and to take your trash out. If this is not done, we will take 36€ off your deposit.
If during your stay something were to be damaged or broken by you or another guest staying with you please report it right away, if you have the possibility and you are able to, we kindly ask you to replace it with a similar or identical item and send us a picture.
- If you bring an animal into the flat, we will charge you 150€
- If you smoke inside the flat, we will charge you 100€
- If you party or make to much noise, we will charge you 200€
