- A fully equipped kitchen (kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher...).
- A bathroom with an Italian shower, single basin, WC.
- An outside terrace with its bioclimatic pergola, its dining table, its top-of-the-range plancha, its barbecue, its sunbaths and its garden for a stay in the big calm.
- A washing machine + dryer at your disposal.
- Fans available on request.

All linen is provided for your stay (sheets + towels)!

Several sets of keys can be put at your disposal, do not hesitate to ask us!

Parking spaces are present in front of the house, capacity of 2 to 3 vehicles.

Being a professional agency and for the security of our owners, you will be asked to fill in a rental contract and a check-in to confirm your stay.
In addition, a deposit of 4000€ will be required to cover any damage. It will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures.
