• Street parking paid - Central Business District and Warehouse District are $3.00 an hour. Parking meter rates are $2.00 an hour everywhere else in the city of New Orleans. Parking is prohibited at meters in designated rush hour zones from 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Please read the meters before you park! Also, know that broken meters are not free passes. They are technically off-limits and could land you a ticket!

• We may use video surveillance in public areas.
• The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent. Violators will be charged $500 fine.
• The building is located on a bustling street, which can be disturbing in the evenings.
• For an additional fee, daily housekeeping services are available upon your request.
• The property is very bright due to the skylight.
House rules
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged $500 fine
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

Great Location

The location was great, one block from Canal Street and the French Quarter. The air conditioning and fans worked well. The fridge is full-size, and the freezer produces copious ice. There was a rooftop with a nice view and a table and a few chairs. The bathroom could use some updating. The shower rod has been moved twice without filling in the holes in the walls. The stools in the kitchen have all lost screws and were very wobbly.

Perfect location and amazing place

This place was big, clean and in a perfect location. Set just outside the French Quarter and near the water it was in a great walkable location for all the sites. I would definitely stay here again.

Worst bed EVER

Worst bed I’ve ever “tried” to sleep on. It was like sleeping on a rock. Don’t get me wrong, I prefer a firm mattress, but this was was next level concrete. This bed was so bad we had to forfeit our next 2 nights and rented a room at a nearby hotel. If sleeping is a requirement, don’t rent here.

Quick walk to Bourbon Street

Our stay was great and the location was close to all the sites but in a quieter area away from the noise of Bourbon Street. I also really appreciated the late checkout. It was easy to reach a customer service representative to make that request. The only cons to our stay were the broken down couch and dishwasher that never worked. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay in the condo.

I’m pretty neutral about the whole thing.

Pros: Location Price Close to parking Mostly clean, very nice apartment. Cons We were on the 5th floor, person on the 6th floor sounded like an elephant walking around, there’s no real sound deadening in the floor/ceiling. They kept us up all night stomping around. The tub looked like it hadn’t been deep cleaned, it was black/grey on the bottom of the tub. The whole building smelled like weed from the time we walked in the door of the lobby all the way until we got into our room.

Good location, good value

The location of this condo puts you right in the middle of all parts of the city. The condo doesn’t have many frills but the bed was comfortable and the shower was nice too.
