## Logement
Located on the 4th floor without elevator on a very quiet and wooded course, this apartment is a former cabinetmaker’s workshop with an exposed beam, a solid oak parquet floor and a beautiful staircase. It is very bright (West exposure) and includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional bathroom;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a small, peaceful, tree-lined balcony for a small cigarette (or beer!).

You will particularly appreciate its calm and brightness as well as its view of the Parisian roofs.

Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Fridge, Hairdryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave, Oven, Kettle, Hob, Freezer, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The apartment is ideally located:
- In the heart of Paris and close to all transport.
- 2 minutes from marché d'Aligre.
- Close to great restaurants (the le chat bossu , Do et Riz, Madito, Pianovins and so many others) and great bars (bluebird, the stone friend).
- Next to a great bakery next door (blé sucré) and all the desired shops.
- Close to many museums and must-see sites.

For green lovers, enjoy the exceptional beauty of the City of Light by walking on the Coulée Verte which is 7 minutes walk from the accommodation.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "MONOPRIX SAINT ANTOINE" is just 2 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Bastille is a 10-minute walk away;
- Atelier des Lumières at 15 minutes;

## Emplacement
The 11th arrondissement of Paris extends for most of the squares of the Bastille to that of the Nation and the Republic. Far from being uniform, it is nevertheless homogeneous in the idea that it is a lively district, full of bars and restaurants, where there is much to experience.
The Bastille district is particularly lively, overlooking many shopping districts, offices, colleges, hospitals and the Gare de Lyon which drains a continuous stream of travelers to the center.
