The two-storey dwelling is composed as follows:
Ground floor:
- A 79 m² living room with TV, two sofas, a dining area and a double sofa bed.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob and dining area.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Shower room 1: with shower, washbasin and WC
- 1 separate WC

Garden level (underneath the house):
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 4: with 2 single beds that can be brought together to form a double bed
- Outside kitchen with garden furniture and double sofa bed
- Shower room 2: with shower, washbasin and WC
- 1 separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, freezer, griddle, fan, folding bed, ironing board and iron.

- A private (unheated) 13×6 m swimming pool, open all year round (opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions)
- 2,300 m² enclosed, private garden
