Welcome to our magnificent, bright 180 m² loft with a private terrace, located in fully restored former stables and decorated by an architect.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood steps away from Rue des Rosiers and the Saint Ouen flea market, you are a 3-minute walk from the "Garibaldi" metro station on line 13, or a 12-minute walk from the "Mairie de Saint Ouen" station on line 14. From there, you can reach the center of Paris in 15 minutes, with direct connections to Saint Lazare and Montparnasse railway stations as well as Orly airport (from June 24th).

Ground floor:
The loft boasts an expansive, light-filled living area, with a stunning ceiling height of up to 9 meters adorned with a fire place, exposed wooden beams and a glass roof.

This inviting space seamlessly combines dining, a fireplace lounge, and a cozy reading/TV nook, flowing into a fully equipped kitchen featuring an induction hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and Nespresso coffee machine. Completing this level is a utility room with a washer-dryer and a WC.

A tranquil sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190) awaits on the ground floor, offering a serene retreat separated from the main living space.
Also found here is a library nook, a Waterrower™ wooden rowing machine and some additional sports equipment.

1st floor:
Ascend the staircase to a bright, spacious office/library area, boasting two desks and a single sofa bed. A convenient bathroom rounds out this space.

A bridge leads to the second bedroom, featuring a generous queen-size bed (160 x 200) and an ensuite bathroom with WC.

Lastly, step out from the bedroom onto the lush 40m² terrace, sheltered by grand azure blue shades, providing the perfect setting for relaxation on comfortable loungers or alfresco dining with the gas barbecue.

The accommodation also includes its own parking space in the building opposite the loft.

Bed linens, towels, and toiletries are provided for your stay, while a welcoming basket awaits upon your arrival.

We reside in this loft year-round and offer it for occasional rental when we are away.
It's important to note that this is not a hotel establishment, and some closets as well as the laundry room may contain a few personal items and/or be closed.
However, this should in no way disrupt your stay!
