This tastefully decorated flat offers a high level of comfort. It comprises a common room (living room, dining room and kitchen) with south-facing access to the terrace and garden, two bedrooms (sleeping 4 in total), a bathroom with bath and a toilet.
This accommodation combines comfort, security and tranquillity. It's the ideal base for exploring the region as a couple or as a family.
Parking is available in front of the residence. Several vehicles can be parked.
The flat has an enclosed garden with terrace and access to the communal bike room.

Sheets and household linen are obligatory provided. An additional charge of 22 euros per person is payable on arrival. This includes disposable bed protectors, sheets, 2 towels per person, bath mats and tea towels.

Taking advantage of the entertainment in the port and the town, visiting the megalithic sites in the region (Carnac, Erdeven), strolling along the quays of the marinas (La Trinité-sur-mer, Le Crouesty), discovering the beaches of the region (Carnac, Quiberon, La presqu'île de Rhuys) and the many water sports activities available in the region are all great ways to spend a memorable holiday.
Vannes is also home to a marina that hosts the festive "Semaine du Golfe", a spectacular gathering of old sailing ships, every two years. Look out for the 2025 edition, which promises to be a memorable one!
