## Logement
This studio, designed in 2019 by an interior designer, includes:
- A living space with living room, optimized by a fold-away bed integrated into a large dressing room. The closed bed frees up space.
- An independent kitchen, made to measure, in solid oak and granite.
- A bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower.

The apartment is located in a small, quiet one-way street, on the second floor with elevator.

Everything is provided for a pleasant stay: Wi-Fi, TV, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, iron, fridge, fan, etc.
Please note that sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The studio is ideally located:
- 350 metres (5 minutes walk) from the Maraîchers metro station on line 9;
- 400 metres (6 minutes walk) from the Porte de Vincennes metro station on line 1.

Lines 1 and 9 take you directly to the main monuments and department stores of Paris:
- Line 1 to: Gare de Lyon, Hôtel de Ville, Grand Palais, Pont Alexandre III, Trocadéro, La Défense Arena, Bercy Arena, Château de Vincennes, Bois de Vincennes, direct to Nation, RER A, Bastille, Champs-Élysées, Louvre Museum and Arc de Triomphe.
- Line 9 to: Printemps, Grands Boulevards, Place de la Concorde, Eiffel Tower, Trocadéro, Parc des Princes.

There are many shops around the two metro stations, including the Carrefour Market at Maraîchers station, open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.

## Emplacement
Generally, the whole contributes to creating a vibrant, lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a large number of theaters and cafes-theaters. There are all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, notably around Bagnolet to the south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the neighbourhood is the Père Lachaise Cemetery.
