Newly renovated for maximum comfort, this 5900 sq. ft. Villa is the perfect place to celebrate and rejuvenate with friends and family. This beautiful main house has six bedrooms and five bathrooms, and the detached Mother-in-law suite has a king bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and living room with 55in Tv. Features include an in-ground pool and hot tub, a game room, three living rooms, a half basketball court, yard games, and seven 55" smart TVs. The backyard is private and roughly the size of an NFL football field, accommodating all kinds of family fun in the sun.   

With your friends and family in mind, we recommend taking advantage of Florida's main attractions, like kayaking, fishing, swimming, botanical gardens, and the cities of Tampa and St. Petersburg.

*Pool/Spa Heater - Cleaning Tuesday and Friday

Swimming pools contain very large amounts of water, and the energy that must be expended to heat swimming pools is substantial. Pool heat is available at a cost of $30 per day. If you decide to purchase pool heat, the swimming pool thermostat will be set to 85 degrees, Spa thermostat will be set to 102. The actual temperature of the pool water will be dependent on weather conditions, which will significantly impact the effectiveness of the pool heater.

We provide excellent service and amenities. We reserve the right to charge guests for costs due to bad behavior during your stay.

No Animals or pets allowed - Up to $500 Professional Animal hair, dander, and odor Cleaning fee.
No smoking on the property - Up to $500 for professional smoke odor cleaning fee. Smoke detectors in every room.
Trash bins - Take them into the street upon your departure. Up to $200 fee for trash piles
$70 fee for missing fan remotes
$50 fee for lost TV remotes
$50 fee for not cleaning BBQ and refilling propane tanks. No charge if you don't use the BBQ
