Steps to the Beach! ⛱☀️

Our condo is just steps from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and the Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve. Our unit has 2 separate rooms for sleeping each with their own private bathroom. The master bedroom has a full bath with a newly renovated shower and a large closet. The second room is an office/bedroom with a pullout twin size Murphy bed and a half bath. We have also added a queen pull-out sofa bed and a queen blow up mattress to sleep a 4th person in the living room area if necessary. comforter, sheets, pillows and blankets are also provided for all beds.

Manasota Key is a quiet community with a sense of Old World Florida with easy access to local bars and restaurants which makes this an ideal location for your relaxing and convenient getaway. You can walk to the nearby restaurants and bars as well as the mini-mart for last minute essentials. There is also a free shuttle service if you choose not to walk. Sunburst Condo Association has bay access with a dock that has “first come first serve” boat slips just across the street where you can enjoy the sunrise, kayak through the aquatic reserve or just want to take a swim in the pool. You can walk to the beach side and enjoy the beautiful Gulf of Mexico by day and it’s amazing sunsets at dusk. There is also a common area if you choose eat or grill outside on both the beach and bay sides of the property.

Manasota Key has several beautiful public beaches to visit, especially Stump Pass Beach State Park which is located on the southern most tip of the island. It is a true gem! Explore remote white sandy beaches which are perfect for fishing, swimming, and beach combing! Visitors can launch a kayak and paddle around the two islands just east of the park's land base. While at the park, visitors might see West Indian manatees, gopher tortoises, snowy egrets, least terns and magnificent frigate birds. Ranger-led nature hikes are available in the winter.
