- A lounge area with a sofa bed for relaxing after a day's outing
- Two beautiful terraces, one of 11 m² and the other of 7 m².

You'll have everything you need for an excellent stay: fridge, Wi-Fi, terrace, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, filter coffee machine, microwave, oven, parking, bike room (first door on the right as you leave the parking area), etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

The apartment is ideally located:
- The Aquarium is just a stone's throw from the apartment, as is the “La France” maritime museum.
- The Gabu district is a great place to eat and go out.
- The covered market is open every day, and is a 10-15 minute walk away.
- The towers of the old port and the city center are 10 minutes away.
- The Minimes beach and nature park are a 15-20 minute walk away, while the Aytré beach is a 10-minute drive away (you'll come across stores selling oysters and shrimps along the way).
- The La Rochelle Sailing School is just across the harbor.

For your everyday needs, there's a “Carrefour City” supermarket just a 5-minute walk away.

## Emplacement
A must-see destination, La Rochelle does not lack assets to charm its visitors. Port city par excellence with its four ports, the White City enchants all those who look at the white stone bathed in sun in which the buildings are built. The ocean, omnipresent, is the symbol of the city, sweeping the nostrils of visitors with its spray. The old stones also have their say in this landscape bordered by the Atlantic Ocean where alternate low coasts, cliffs and sandy coasts.
