Stretch out in the living room to watch a good movie or play some children's games with the kids. Cook up something wonderful in the full kitchen where you'll find granite countertops, small and major appliances, and lots of cabinet storage for your important vacation staples. The patio is furnished with a table/chair set for al-fresco meals, or you can dine inside - the dining table and bar stools offer plenty of seating to accommodate all your guests. Take the beach chairs down to the water then come back to spritz away the sand with the outdoor shower located by the pools. Fire up a shared gas grill to host a fun barbecue with friends, then come back to the suite to use the free WiFi to research a new outdoor adventure. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone has clean clothes during your stay and the central AC and ceiling fans will keep everything cool on hot summer days. Be sure to explore all the fantastic on-site amenities that include a shared hot tub, two pools, a sauna, a fitness center, and tennis and basketball courts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
