It's 33 square meters, decorated in vintage style, has 1 bedroom with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 3 people.

## Logement
Located on the 1st floor without elevator, it comprises:
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a fully equipped kitchen ;
- a shower room;
- a living room with a single bed to relax in after a day out;
- a work area.

The following facilities are available: Toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave, gas hob, Tupperware, lemonade machine, television, iron, hairdryer, washing machine, oven, etc.
Parking spaces are available in the street.

Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.

I left oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee powder, sugar, a Bodum coffee maker and a teapot.
Under the sink: bins and household products.

One of the flat's assets is its practicality:
- in the shower room: hairdryer ;
- in the living room: washing machine, flat brush, broom, cordless hoover.
- in the bedroom: TV, book, cupboard and wardrobe.
There is a clothes line on the balcony.

It is also very popular for its location:

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Please use the stairs for small children.

## Emplacement
On February 7, 2008, the town was awarded the seaside resort and tourism label. It is part of the Toulon Provence Méditerranée urban community.
The commune has an SNCF train station, putting La Seyne just a few minutes from Toulon by TER, 40 minutes from Marseille and around 2 hours from Nice.
The nearest airports are Toulon/Hyères and Le Castellet. Finally, the port welcomes several cruise ships throughout the year.
La Seyne's rich heritage bears witness to its shipbuilding activity. Michel Marius Pacha, a wealthy visionary, also settled in La Seyne, and gave the town its tourist orientation by building a casino and hotel in the Tamaris district.
The town boasts several beaches, including the magnificent white-sand Les Sablettes. Activities abound: tree adventure courses, horseback riding, tennis, sailing, windsurfing, scuba diving... you'll be spoilt for choice!
