Willkommen in South Haven!

Ferienhaus mit eigenem Pool in Ihrem Garten mit viel Platz, um die sonnige Tampa Bay zu genießen! Entspannen Sie sich auf einer unserer Liegen oder schweben Sie am Pool entlang. Sie können wählen, wie es Ihr Urlaub sein soll!

Offene Termine in den nächsten ein oder zwei Monaten haben ein Minimum von 4 Nächten, Buchungen für 3 Monate plus haben normalerweise ein Minimum von 6 oder 7 Nächten oder länger, je nachdem, wie weit in der Zukunft Sie reservieren möchten. Sprechen Sie mit mir Ihre urlaubsspezifischen Fragen an.

Gut gepflegtes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern. Der Meister hat ein eigenes Bad mit übergroßer ebenerdiger Dusche. Die Gästezimmer befinden sich am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Familienzimmers und teilen sich ein großes Bad mit einer Kombination aus Badewanne und Dusche.

Der Essbereich bietet Blick auf den schönen privaten Pool.

Die Küche hat nebeneinander Kühlschrank, Edelstahl glatte Oberfläche, Mikrowelle und Geschirrspüler gebaut. Viele kleine Geräte wie ein Toaster, Toaster, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Töpfe und Pfannen und jede Menge Geschirr.

In voller Größe Waschmaschine und Trockner, und ich stelle sicher, dass Sie viel Bettwäsche einschließlich Strandtücher haben. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind kostenlos und befinden sich in der Garage.

1 Meile zu Annehmlichkeiten wie Lebensmittelgeschäft (Publix und Winn-Dixie, Panera Bread, Starbucks, Sams Club, Bealls Dept Store, Tankstellen, Banken und vieles mehr. Das Haus befindet sich in einer Wohngegend.

Wunderschöne Parkettböden in allen Wohnbereichen, Keramikfliesen in den Bädern - KEIN Teppich, der ideal für Allergiker ist und nur weiß, dass die Böden sauber sind!

Schiebetüren führen zum privaten, von einem Bildschirm umschlossenen Pool und zur erweiterten Poolterrasse im Hinterhof, die von einem 6-Fuß-Sichtschutzzaun umgeben ist.

Fantastischer öffentlicher Golfplatz, der in knapp 5 km Entfernung in Summerfield mit dem Namen Summerfield Crossing Golf Club in Riverivew, FL, für die Öffentlichkeit zugänglich ist. Ich habe ein anderes Zuhause in Summerfield 4131447 auf Homeaway

Gemeinschaft selbst verfügt über 2 Pools und einen Spielplatz, Bürgersteige für abendliche Spaziergänge durch die Nachbarschaft.

Das neue hochmoderne Kino wurde erst 2017 in Gibsonton eröffnet.

Die Innenstadt von Tampa ist ca. 20 bis 25 Minuten entfernt, Lebensmitteleinkauf weniger als 1,6 km an der Ecke US 301 und Big Bend - die Interstate ist ca. 5 km entfernt - wir befinden uns an der Ausfahrt 246 der I-75, der Ausfahrt von Apollo Beach.

Perfect!

Cheryl’s house was perfect for our week long stay! The weather cooperated so we throughly enjoyed the pool area. Great Pool and bike riding.

Very nice property, the pool made it great. Had everything you needed in the kitchen. Just be careful of the clock in the bathroom so you don't bump it accidentally. Everyone enjoyed there stay and the neighborhood was nice and easy to bring your bike if you want. Bike paths even on the busy roads nearby.

Having rented many houses in this area this by far was the best! Cheryl was one of the most considerate and helpful hosts we have ever dealt with. The house was immaculate and so well stocked from everything from paper products to towels. I was especially impressed by the well stocked kitchen. Wonderful experience

This is a wonderful property for a family. So many supplies in kitchen, everything we needed and more. Loved having washer, dryer, grill and pool. Plenty of sheets and towels, including pool towels. Highly recommend this home. Guest host was always available by text with a quick response.

Great for families; highly recommend

We had a wonderful time staying here (me, my husband, 4yr old, and 2 yr old). TLDR- clean, great amenities and location, well organized, and owner is wonderful. Cheryl, the owner, is very friendly and organized. She contacted me before our stay with very detailed check-in information. It included helpful details about amenities in the house and grocery/food locations nearby. This made getting to, and checking in to, the house easy. The house was very clean and organized - there is a book also detailing info, the WiFi details, etc, light switches are labeled, and there are games, and books to read/play. We made sure to have the safety fence up with our kids, and it was great- Safe, and very secure. Kitchen is well stocked and there were even plastic kiddie cups, bowls, and plates! Cheryl really knows what she’s doing and had thought of everything. Laundry is in the garage and it’s also laid out well and labeled for easy use. The garage also contains some pool toys and floats. Location is in a quiet neighborhood and within walking distance to a neighborhood playground. We all walked there each night; it’s about 4-5 blocks away. Lots of eateries, grocery, and retail shops within 15 minutes. We visited Busch Gardens, Tampa Zoo, Legoland/Peppa world, and getting to/from those was easy. Overall Cheryl went above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent time at her house. I wish we could have stayed longer and would love/hope to stay here again!

Great location, perfect for a family

This was our second time staying at Cheryl's place, this time we were here for my brother's wedding. Our kids were thrilled to come back to a place with which they were familiar. Although it was chilly the kids jumped in the pool upon arrival. The property is fabulous; our kids were happy with the (heated) pool & pool toys/floats, pool noodles and plenty of towels (bath, pool & beach). Cheryl has a safety fence for the littles to protect them from the pool as needed. She also provides PLENTY of towels which is great - beach/pool/bath/floor (for making sure the floor stays dry when coming in from the pool). There is a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating which is great. The kitchen is well equipped; including a grill & waffle iron. Waffles were a huge hit with the kids. We walked (super safe & sidewalks) to a nearby park a few times which the kids loved. Cheryl was helpful, responsive, friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for our 4 kids, au pair, my husband and me. We had a great time with family, celebrating my brother & his wife. Cheryl provided laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and more which was helpful. One improvement is a mattress topper or an updated mattress in the master bedroom. There's usually bottled water/condiments/spices in the home which is helpful if you plan to cook most nights (which we did). Super thankful for a lovely stay in your Florida home. We treated your home as our own and hope to come stay again.

We didn’t want to leave!

We stayed at this property for 7 days. It had absolutely everything and anything you could ever need/want and more. Cheryl was very easy to get ahold of if needed and was super easy going! My kids swam as much as they could, even though the weather wasn’t extremely warm, the pool stayed perfect temp to swim! I was worried we would run low on towels and beach towels but Cheryl had that all beyond covered. We were all extremely sad when we had to say goodbye. Definitely recommend!!

Very Happy Customer!!

What can I say about this trip? The owner, Cheryl was amazing! She was on top of everything, fantastic communication right from the start, including 2 weeks prior to arrival given that a prior guest caused some headaches and put our reservation in potential jeopardy! Cheryl made sure we knew what was going on and made sure that we were kept up to date in case of needing to rebook. When we got to the house getting in with the code was the only hiccup but we were a little early and the issue was corrected immediately with a phone call to Cheryl. Everything someone could need for a house rental was provided, plenty of linens, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, pool and beach toys, a pack and play for a young child, necessities in case someone forgot something like a toothbrush or shaving supplies! The property was very clean, the child proof fence around the pool was up and ready to use. This property was exactly as advertised and the owner was simply amazing! We would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone looking! Thank you again Cheryl for the use of your home and the fantastic communication!

Private, Relaxing, Clean organized, friendly host

We picked this house cause we rented from her before at another home she had. We had our own private home with a pool and it was well maintained, most importantly it was CLEAN. We really like that there was NO CARPET we could keep it clean during our stay. Cheryl supplied the swifter sweepers for us to dust the floors. The pool had full Sun exposure that was heated by a solar heater. Cheryl was more than happy to help if we had any questions or needed anything. Cheryl also allows little dogs cause she too has dogs. Kitchen, bedroom and bathroom supplies were all there, all we needed was the food. All pool supplies were there for us, pool towels and comfortable chairs too. Don’t bring to many clothes all you need is your swimsuits. Don’t forget the sunscreen.

Fun & family friendly

This was an overdue vacation. The kids were thrilled to jump in the pool as soon as we opened the door! The property was excellent; a pool for the kids with floaties, pool toys/floats & pool noodles and plenty of towels (bath, pool & beach). The house had a good amount of indoor and outdoor seating. The kitchen was well equipped (including a gas grill & waffle iron, next time we’ll make waffles). There were plenty of beach chairs, beach toys & a cooler that was perfect for our family’s day trip to Fort De Soto. Cheryl was kind, friendly and accommodating. The house was perfect for our 4 kids, au pair, my husband and I. We had a lovely vacation visiting with family & friends in the area, going to the beach, museum & springs in the area. Cheryl provided laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap and more which was helpful as we flew to Florida. One improvement is more non-serrated knives (however that could be my personal preference; I don’t love using serrated knives unless it’s to cut bread or tomatoes). A few unexpected bonuses: aloe in the fridge which was perfect when we discovered we were all sunburned! (We left more aloe & another spray to alleviate the pain of a sunburn), LOTS of towels, bottled water & condiments in the fridge (we left more for the next person). Thanks for a lovely stay in your lovely home. We treated your home well and hope to come stay again.

The pleasance of South Pointe!

My family and I had such a pleasant stay at this South Pointe residence this past November! The property was just as described in the posting. Plenty of amenities to make it really feel like a home away from home. It was definitely a very clean and tidy place. Additionally, the property owner was in constant contact, and was very friendly and very helpful during the length of our stay. An excellent family getaway, I cannot recommend this booking highly enough!

Very accommodating

Cheryl, the property owner, thought of everything you could possibly need. We only needed to go buy food. We really enjoyed our stay and will return when we are visiting our daughter when we have a larger group as we did this time. Thank you Cheryl for everything!

Great find!

My husband and 2 kids (ages 2 & 4) stayed at this property. The quick review is, we enjoyed our stay, great amenities, great host, and super clean! We would book again! The long review: Cleanliness- Upon arrival everything was spotless and even smelled clean. You could tell that there was a thorough cleaning done and careful attention was put into the cleaning process. Check in process: Getting in using the keypad was easy once you got used to it. Instructions were clear, but it took me a minute. Accuracy of online listing: Everything was as advertised, but even better in person! There was so much thoughtfulnesses put into everything, which I will get to later. Communication with property manager: The property owner Cheryl was very prompt with communication and very attentive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. We never felt anything but courtesy in our communications. Location and neighborhood: We chose this location because it was centrally located to every where we wanted to get to. Swimmable beaches were about an hour away. There were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants near by. The neighborhood itself was quiet, comfortable and felt safe. Overall thoughts: This property was one of the best maintained properties I’ve stayed at. I can’t say enough about it’s cleanliness! The thoughtfulness that has gone into making guests comfortable was outstanding!! We had everything we needed and more than we expected! There were so many extras like beach chairs and towels, a cooler, an umbrella. This made having a beach day so easy! There were pool towels, pool toys, kids life jacket, even a place to hang wet things outside! There were amenities for small kids like games, coloring, kids dinnerware, a step stool, and of course a variety of things to watch on TV! There was also plenty of pans and utensils and some pantry items to make cooking a breeze! Let’s talk about the beds. The king bed and the two twins were super comfortable. If I had to choose one thing to change about this property, it would be the queen bed. It was comfortable for one person but it has a bow in the middle and I wouldn’t want to share it. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

Great location - Grocery & Shopping within a mile. Highway approx. 3 miles away - very easy access to all of Tampa Bay. Away from the hectic tourist destinations and the downtown business district, but close enough to visit Mickey in Orlando in about 90 minutes!
