You'll be welcomed by vaulted ceilings, plenty of large windows that will let plenty of sunlight in and a huge open concept layout that conveniently combines the living room, dining room, and kitchen together. Take advantage of the large, L-shaped couch and spread out there as you listen to the fire crackle and watch your favorite series or TV shows on flatscreen TV. The kitchen is simply every chef's dream. It features brand-new stainless steel appliances to make cooking a breeze, shiny and pristine granite countertops, and gorgeous wooden cabinets. Enjoy your meals at the large dining table with enough seating for eight; a couple more people can fit if they don't mind having their meals at the breakfast table. At the end of the day, take a soak in your private hot tub overlooking the Deer Valley slopes and get ready to sleep like a baby.

Ideally located in the Silver Lake Village at Deer Valley, you will be pampered with fine dining options, top-of-the-line sportswear shops, and Deer Valley’s signature boutique store for your convenience within the Silver Lake Village. Located three miles from historic Main Street in Park City, a car is recommended. However, you may also take the Park City Transportation by using the #4 Orange bus which runs every 30 minutes at 22 and:52 after the hour, directly to the Old Town Transit Hub on Main Street. The bus stop is located outside the building on Royal Street, outside ColeSport. The bus is free! You'll find an array of activity options at Deer Valley® Resort and Park City Mountain Resort, along with Historic Main Street options such as the Park City Museum, shops, and top-rated dining for your pleasure. Outdoor enthusiasts will be thrilled by this location since it'll allow them to enjoy snowmobiling, snowshoeing, snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and more.

- As a ski town, many construction projects happen around town all summer. Working hours are 7am-9pm.

Parking Details:
- Parking for the Mont Cervin Plaza is located in the Silver Lake Village parking garage. You'll receive a QR code via email to scan at the entrance gate. Park in the designated parking spot for your unit.
- Free parking for one car. Additional parking costs $50/day per car.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We loved our stay. The unit is a little dated but comfortable. Silver Lake Village is a great location but one must remember that Snow Cats groom the mountain starting at 4am!

Great Location

The home was even better than we expected. Great to be so close to the slopes and convenient parking. We wanted some extra room for another family to join us for dinner and time together in the evening. We had plenty of space and we had one of the best vacations ever.

Great location and super roomy

This condo was perfect for our spring ski getaway. We had our 3 adult children and we had more than enough room to spread out. The location for the slopes, ski rentals and afternoon apres ski was perfect - literally steps away from the slopes. I would rent here again for sure!

Outstanding location and great space

This is truly a remarkable property. We spent nearly two weeks as a family in the condo, and the size and quality of the space made it a real pleasure. The location is fantastic - can't be beat in my opinion at Silver Lake Lodge area. I look forward to staying here again. The management company was great at communication. It was a seamless experience.

Nice Place

This is a nice apartment and a great mid-mountain location near the ski check for daily use hosted by Deer Valley. I did miss the added benefit of a front desk, help locating things and being able to ship our ski gear ahead of time.

Unbeatable location

Our family of 4 adults and 2 teens has stayed in this property twice, and it continues to be a favorite with easy parking, direct mountain access (at base of Bald Mountain) and right above shopping. Stein and G Hirsch restaurants close by. Inside is as pictured— kitchen is well stocked, and each of the three bedrooms has its own bathroom. 2 masters is a bonus for us. Hot tub has views of the slopes. Kitchen is well stocked and furniture is plentiful in the living room — everyone has room to lounge. The fireplace in the living area was switched from wool burning to gas which was a bit of a disappointment, but it’s a decent gas fireplace if a little hard to light. We would definitely stay again. Price point is better than comparable homes and townhomes with similar location and amenities.

Great place, extremely convenient location

The place was beautiful with views of the mountain, located steps from the lifts. There were great restaurants within walking distance and a quick drive to Salt Lake City. The property managers were readily available and quickly resolved any issues. (Like additional firewood for the fireplace.). We loved the place and will definitely return.

Great Place In Park City

This is a beautiful condo in a great location! So spacious, comfortable and clean. Management was responsive when we texted with a question about the stove. Only complaint was that it wasn’t made clear that there is only one parking spot and any additional cars had to pay $30 per day in the parking garage. We had two cars so it added an additional $120 to our stay. Overall, an amazing weekend with our family and would stay again!

Wonderful!

Place was awesome. Plenty of room. Location was great. We stayed in the off season but if it had been colder I’m sure the place would of been super busy. Lots of shops close by and restaurants. Only issue was the master bedroom and bathroom was sooooo cold. Not sure if the dampner was open too much on the fireplace. Otherwise perfect home! Would stay here again.

Old and tired

The condo was big in size and the living room furniture were old but still nice. The location was great if you like hiking or mountain biking. However the mattress, sheets and bedding was uncomfortable. The bedspread was old and felt like it needed a major upgrade. The condo had no air conditioning and we were there during a heatwave. The internet was spotty
