This charming, bright and recently renovated 60m² flat is just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, in the 15th arrondissement of Paris. Located on the second and top floor (no lift) of a small, charming building, it can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Linen included. We're waiting for you!

The flat comprises :
- An entrance hall with wardrobe and separate WC.
- A beautiful 30m² living room with a high cathedral ceiling and three large south-facing windows overlooking a small courtyard planted with trees. The space includes a lounge (a 2-seater sofa, a 140x200 sofa bed, armchairs and a television) and a dining area.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and hob.
- A laundry room adjacent to the kitchen (washing machine, drying rack, ironing board and iron).
- A beautiful bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200), workspace, free Wi-Fi, two large west-facing windows.
- Bathroom with bath and shower.

Exterior:
The flat is ideally located in a pleasant environment rich in history. Sheltered from the noise of the city, it opens onto a small courtyard of around 70m² planted with trees, where the vegetation welcomes blackbirds and tits, bringing you peace and freshness.

The quays of the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, the Champ de Mars, the Place de l'École Militaire and Les Invalides are all close by, less than ten minutes' walk away. The area is lively and you'll find all the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants and bars open at all hours of the day and night.

What to do:
- Fancy jogging, running or climbing? The banks of the Seine, the Ile aux Cygnes, the Champ de Mars, the Parc Citroën, the esplanade des Invalides and all the magnificent gardens of Paris await you.
- Art and history lovers? The Musée Branly and the Musée d'Art Moderne are close by and will open their doors to you, as will the Louvre, the Musées d'Orsay and the Pompidou.
- If you're a stroller and curious about everything? The large open-air markets, including the one on Boulevard de Grenelle (Wednesdays and Sundays two minutes away), will amaze you, as will visits to the various "villages" of Paris: Montmartre, Quartier Latin, Marais...

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you'll be able to park in the nearby streets and avenues (paid parking, except in the evening after 8pm, on Sundays and public holidays). However, this year, with the preparation and staging of the Olympic Games, walking and using public transport will be better options for getting around.

Your advantages:
- Less than five minutes' walk from the flat, La Motte Picquet - Grenelle station and its three metro lines with connections throughout the Metro and RER network, to stations, airports... And even the Château de Versailles.
- Nearest train station: Montparnasse, about three kilometres away (10 minutes by car).
- Nearest airport: Paris-Charles de Gaulle, about 41 kilometres away (52 minutes by car).
