La maison au bord de la riviére

The main room is composed of a fully equipped and recent kitchen, a bathroom + Wc, a dining room with TV, giving access, through the bay window, to the private courtyard at the edge of the water. Equipped with tables, chairs, parasol, barbecue, outdoor light, a screen for those who wish. On the first floor, a living room/bedroom equipped with a large sofa, video projector with TV and netflix access (with your subscription), 2 single beds and air conditioning. Access the second floor by a steep staircase to a queen size bed, TV and air conditioning. Great advantage: An electrical terminal is available (paid service).

Park your car in the large public car park by crossing the small bridge. You are less than 100m from your house. Access your house through the small black gate.

Key management is done independently. the concierge of the house remains available by telephone if necessary.

You are 10 minutes walk from the heart of town via the landscaped path along the river. After the stadium, take either a left and go up towards the medieval city, or a right to go for a stroll in the magnificent public garden and then access the city center through the Cordeliers gate. For walkers, in continuity of the public garden, the path of the meadows of the roy to go to beaulieu les loches, monastic city

You are 30 minutes from the Beauval zoo, 30 minutes from the castle of Chenonceau and that of Amboise.
You are 15 minutes from Chédigny, the most beautiful flowered village in France and 15 minutes from Montrésor, classified as one of the most beautiful villages in France.
South Touraine is rich in treasures to discover, in particular the Brenne, "land of a thousand ponds".

Via the A85: 10 min from exit 11 D58 - D31: Bléré, Loches, Amboise, Montrichard, Chenonceaux.
Via the A10: 30 minutes from the Chambray les Tours exit, take the direction of Loches, Châteauroux.
Loches station: to go to Tours.
Tours Airport: 40 minutes away
