It has a bedroom with a double bed, a cosy living room, a small kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet (please note that the bathroom is small and may lack comfort for very tall people ☺️).
The big advantage of this apartment is its central location: a stone's throw from the xanxo hut, Villa Pams and Campo Santo. Just 100 m from Carrefour Contact and 300 m from Place République.
It's the ideal place to visit Perpignan and the surrounding region while enjoying the gentle Catalan lifestyle.

## Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a pedestrian alley in the historic center of Perpignan. Nearby, you'll find numerous restaurants, museums and historical attractions such as the Castillet and the Palace of the Kings of Majorca. The river La Bassa and its gardens run through the city center.

## Transit

The city center and restaurants are within walking distance. If you're coming by car, you can park in the Place Arago parking lot. Many historic towns and vineyards are within easy driving distance. Perpignan airport is a ten-minute drive away.
