The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern building with elevator.

## Emplacement
The district spreads out around the historic Place de la Nation. It's rather quiet and little-known by tourists, and even some Parisians are unfamiliar with it and underestimate the riches it has to offer. However, the streets around the square are full of good places to discover: from the funny burn shop to the den of flamenco-dancing trade unionists, expect to be surprised. You can start your visit to the neighborhood with a morning stroll along the Coulée verte Renée-Dumont. It crosses the garden and the 12th arrondissement from Place de la Bastille to Parc de Vincennes. Popular with local residents, it's a haven of greenery where you can stroll, run, cycle and picnic in summer. You can then take a shopping break in the café paradise, one of the liveliest thoroughfares in the district, home to the capital's most popular delicatessens, cheese and vegetable shops. Afterwards, enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants and bars in the area.
