This apartment has been completely refurbished!

With plenty of storage space, it is located on the 2nd floor with elevator and comprises :
- a bedroom with a double bed ;
- a functional bathroom ;
- a fully-equipped kitchen
- a living room with a 120 x 180 sofa bed, ideal for a child.

You'll particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you'll have at your disposal: Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Iron, Hair dryer, Microwave, Coffee machine, Raclette machine, Pie machine, Toaster, Kettle, Mr. thermomix, Electric vegetable slicer with cone system, etc. Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

On this island, you'll find :

- beautiful country walks (along the banks of the Seine);
- bicycle rental points.

It's also very easy to park (pay parking). The area is also well served by public transport:
- two bus lines (163 and 164) run to the Porte de Champerret metro station;
- two subway lines (Pont de Levallois and Pont de Neuilly) are located at either end of the island.

You'll find a Franprix supermarket at the foot of the building for your everyday needs.

## Emplacement
The city's borders are Paris to the east and south, the Seine to the west and Levallois-Perret to the north. It includes a large part of Ile de la Jatte and the northeastern tip of Ile de Puteaux, the Neuilly part of which is also known as Ile du Pont. It's a very chic, family-friendly suburb, known for its calm and affluent families.
