## Emplacement
The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its largest arrondissements even before considering the immense Bois de Vincennes that is attached to it. Outside the neighbouring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the suburbs.
The Coulée Verte, or footbridge located near the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads of the streets of Lyon and Charenton, extends to the Périphérique, following an old railway that transports goods to the port of Arsenal.
