We offer this charming flat for rent in Gérardmer, in a small residence/chalet with lake and mountain views, around 600 m from the lake beach. With a surface area of 55 m², it can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers.
Located on the ground floor, the flat comprises an attractive 30 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two good bedrooms, a shower room (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of around 40 m² bordering the flat.
Composition of the accommodation:
- 30 m² living room with TV and sofa
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, hob, etc., as well as a dining area
- 1 beautiful bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160×200)
- An enclosed sleeping area with 1 bunk bed (2 single beds)
- A shower room with shower and window
- Separate WC with window
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace (south-west facing) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
- A 40 m² shared garden
The flat is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
Visits: factories (Lin Vosges textile & Vosges confectionery), Tandon waterfalls, Longmer lake...
Events :
- Daffodil Festival on 1 April every other year
- Fantastic film festival every year at the end of January
- Numerous local and national sports festivals (national canoeing/kayaking championships, triathlon in early September, etc.)
- Motorcycle festivals and gatherings
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the residence's private car park and a private individual garage is available for one vehicle (can also be used for bike/scooter storage). There is also a free communal car park 300 m from the residence.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Épinal 40 km (43 min by car)
- Nearest airport: EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg 110 km (1h45 by car)
- Coach shuttle service from the station
