Kommen Sie und genießen Sie unsere Insel mit nach Hause. Koi Palms Cottage liegt innerhalb unserer gated Eigentum neben unserem schönen Koi-Teich, in der malerischen Stadt Kailua. Die Besitzer wohnen auf dem Grundstück im Haupthaus.
Die Hütte ist ein 600 Quadratmeter großen 1-Zimmer-Einheit. Die Küche ist mit 2 Induktions-Kochplatten mit Edelstahl-Kochgeschirr aus Stahl und einem Umluftofen / Mikrowellenofen zum Backen geeignet ausgestattet. Ein voller Größe Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler und ein großer Granitinsel runden die Küche Platz. Das Schlafzimmer hat ein Kingsize-Bett mit luxuriöser Bettwäsche und einem Flachbild-TV. Das Wohnzimmer ist komfortabel und einladend. Mit einem 40-Zoll-LED-Smart-TV und eine kleine Bibliothek für Bücher aus Titeln, die wir auf Bücher Gästen gelesen haben hinterlassen haben. Fühlen Sie sich frei, um eine für die Fahrt mit dem Flugzeug nach Hause zu nehmen.
Schlendern Sie zwei Blocks zu den weißen Sandstrand von Kailua Beach mit Ihren morgendlichen Kaffee oder Tee, um einen atemberaubenden Sonnenaufgang oder über Kailua Stadt bei Nacht zu sehen. Entspannen Sie sich und genießen Sie die stürzenden Wasser von unserem Teich und seine farbenfrohe Koi-Fische tanzen unter Ihren Fenstern. Das Ferienhaus verfügt über einen Parkplatz und einen eigenen Eingang.

Perfect Accommodation, highly recommended

Absolutely clean and elegant place adjacent to the owners place. Quiet neighbourhood, nothing disturbs your sleep. All the things you need for cooking (and grilling) are available. We appreciated to have a washing machine and a dryer as well. The owner Tricia and Eric are very nice and they try hard not to disturb or interfere at any time. You don't feel observed although you`re quite near them. Thanks for a nice stay very near to one of the best beaches in Hawaii (turquoise water, white sand like powder, a heavenly place)

Great communication with host. Very responsive. Offered to pick up a few groceries to get us started, since we were coming in late at night. Attentive to our needs. Shower head popped off and had a brand new one installed by the time we returned to the property. Bottom line five star property and host.

Perfect stay in Kailua

Very comfortable.. bed, sofa, bedding. Kitchen has everything you need, super plus is they have beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler to use.. Location…really close to Kailua Beach Park and shopping. Hosts… helpful, super nice. Property., safe, quiet area, in nice neighborhood.

Great location! The cottage had absolutely everything you could ask for and more. So close to beach and shopping/dinning. Trica and Eric were very accommodating. Would not want to stay anywhere else on our next visit to Hawaii.

Wonderful stay

My husband and I had a fabulous stay. The cottage was exactly as advertised. Although we didn't prepare meals the kitchen had everything you could possibly need if you wanted to. Very comfy king sized bed. Beach towels and chairs were very appreciated. The owner was very responsive and helpful up to and during our stay. Just a short walk to beautiful beach and easy access to dining options. Our stay here helped make our anniversary trip very special.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at the Koi Palms Cottage. It was in a great neighborhood location where we could walk to the grocery store, the beach, and restaurants nearby. The bbq grill was great for cooking, and the cottage had everything we needed for our stay. Can't wait to come back!

The perfect beach cottage getaway

AMAZING! We had waited two years for this trip and it was beyond worth the wait! The location is perfect - in a quiet neighborhood and only about a 5 minute walk from the beach, and 5 min drive to grocery store and local shops. Tricia and her husband were very helpful in relieving the stress of travel and having groceries already available for us before we arrived. They both gave us the best recommendations to food and activities we would not have found otherwise. The cottage itself was the perfect size, private, and the coy pond was very relaxing. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

The Best in Oahu

This was easy to book and We loved it! The place was immaculate and they thought of every detail. We walked a few blocks to the beach every day and enjoyed The residential feeling and the activities available. My favorite place in Hawaii so far (this is our fourth trip and we have been to waikiki, north shore, kauai, maui, and the big island). We definately want to return!

A perfect little oasis.

We loved the cottage so so so much. We stayed for our honeymoon, and it was the perfect spot—just steps from the best beach in the country, a short walk into an idyllic little beach town with everything you might need, and just half an hour away from Honolulu. We loved exploring the town and the island from here, but you don’t need to go anywhere if you don’t want to. It is a wonderful place to hang out, nosh, read, nap, and just relax in between your O’ahi explorations. We would love to come back, and expect to before long.

Dreamy beach cottage, perfect location - Beach!

Tricia and Eric are outstanding hosts. My wife and I are world travelers and have stayed at over 100 properties on other travel sites. This was our first VRBO and it was amazing. The property location is a short walk from one of the very best beaches on the island. Kailua is not to be missed, not too far away from Honolulu, but far enough to be more relaxing and have its own great vibe. The neighborhood also has Mountain View’s and is lovely for morning walks with coffee. The cottage is fully equipped with all the amenities you or your family could possibly want. Furnishings are high end tommy bahama style and both the king mattress and pull out sofa are very comfortable (we slept there for a week). I can’t recommend your stay here highly enough.

Wonderful stay in Kailua HI

The property is just as described. The cottage is in an excellent location and just 2 blocks' walk to beach access. The cottage was very clean, well organized, exactly what I hoped for. Easy to cook up breakfast in the morning, lots of ice for the cooler to take with us, kitchen equipment great, washer/dryer perfect size. Loved the beautiful shower -- very nice! We enjoyed the outdoor space in the evenings after beaching all day or other excursions. Very relaxing vacation! Our host(s) were very welcoming and helpful with information about local restaurants -- definitely enjoyed Los Garcias and Buzz's Original Steak. We hope to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the Koi Cottage. A wonderful place where you can fall asleep to the sound of the trickling water from the Koi Pond. King bed was very comfortable and there’s a double headed shower to enjoy as well! Would definitely recommend!

Excellent stay

We had a great 1 week stay at Koi Palms. The cottage is very well maintained and has everything you could need including dishwasher bbq laundry air con. Its a short walk to beach and Kailua town. The beaches are beautiful and enjoy the hike to pillboxes. Sunrise walk at beach is amazing, lots of locals about to say hello... Supermarket close by to stock up or restaurants a plenty we enjoyed Baci bistro. Thanks Tricia and family for a relaxing week in Kailua

Beautiful Hawaii

This property rental was everything we had hoped for & was perfect for us. Located in a quiet neighborhood, close to the ocean & a relaxing retreat. We were surprised to see a bowl of fruit & treats provided for us. We had our own private entrance & porch. The owner provided us with a cooler & beach towels to use. The town of Kailua had nice restaurants & shops that we also enjoyed. We had a wonderful experience & hope to return one day!
