Enjoy a stylish experience at this Condo-hotel centrally located between Ft Lauderdale and Miami. The suite has a king bed in master bedroom, sofa bed -opens to a queen bed; bonus extra single bed and/or crib (upon request).

Hyde Resort Hollywood has full hotel services, in-house and beach front restaurants, private beach, 3 pools and any more amenities. This 1 bedroom luxury suite boasts stunning ocean views, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer.

There is a Resort Fee of which are charged at CHECK In with Hyde Resorts
$40/day plus tax for stays of 1-6 days

Valet Parking Fee is:
$38/ day plus tax for stays

This fee includes access to the beach and pool. The beach will provide 2 beach chairs and one umbrella under that fee. Any additional chairs or umbrella's needed will need to be paid directly to the vendor Esteban's place. Esteban’s place beach management (the chair and umbrella vendor on beach) is located just north of the building, the umbrellas are a red and white color and are very easy to recognize. You can always ask the front desk and they will guide you on how to get all your beach necessities.

Amazing Views

The views are as amazing as the pictures posted. Spacious condo for two people with nice kitchen. Balcony is incredible for dynamic view of beach and intercoastal. Easy access to the beach. Check in/out was easy, security and valet staff all excellent. Note owner's guidance to get beach chairs early as it does get crowded. We had a great visit.

Beautiful views

We thought the location was perfect. Th room was clean and had everything we needed. This was a short stay before a cruise, but would definitely come back for a longer stay!! Stunning views!!

Great location, great view, can be made better

The property is stunning beautiful, location, view, building are great. However, there are a few points that could be improved.The host has rather weird requests. We were asked to dispose of garbage and check out an hour before the check-out time. The apartment has 2 coffee machines, but no capsules for them. It has a dishwasher, but no powder or tablets for it. The kitchen could have been cleaned better. The building has 4 elevators. It appears that only 1 is working at a time. This elevator is taking everyone. One can easily get into elevator with a huge cleaning cart with accompanying fragrances. This is not a pleasant experience. There are sometimes also lines to get into elevator and long waiting times.

Having morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the waterways and ocean was wonderful with choices of places to sit. And cocktails in the evening were just as fabulous.!

Great views and beautiful beach

We enjoyed the views of this property. It has potentail but needs a deep cleaning... the resort fee covers 2 beach chairs and an umbrella as well as other things, we felt it was worth the extra cost so we didnt hve to haul or beach chairs and umbrella ourselves. Restaurants close, bar on the beach comes around and takes orders as well as delivering to your beach chair. We had a great time staying here.

Nice view, but very dirty

The view of the balcony was wonderful. However, the floor was very visibly dirty upon arrive with food crumbs etc still remaining from prior guests. An absolute must to wear shoes in the apartment the entire time. Also, the comforter appears to have bodily fluids/dried blood on it.

Condo wasn't very clean, everything in short supply including kitchen. Sofabed could only sleep 1 person comfortably, no mirrors in entire condo except for in bathroom, property staffs are rude and doesn't have good manners. Valet people drive reckless and make screeching sound while driving vehicles, pool closes 8 pm, jacuzzi has faulty jets and most are non functional. Only thing was great was the view from condo!

Overall a great stay

Check in and valet service were quick and easy. Elevators were not that big of a deal. There were a lot of complaints about the elevators taking too long. It's a high rise building. It happens! Apartment was nice. A/C was cold. The views were absolutely amazing! We even witnessed a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket launch all the way from Cape Canaveral one night on the balcony. Only improvement I would add is that the unit could use a fresh coat of paint but that is it! Great communication with the property manager. Hotel Resort Staff were very nice and helpful. Also, for future prospective guests, I would highly recommend NOT renting a car (if you just plan to stay in the area) between Uber or Lyft and the local golf cart service called Circuit, you don't need a car! Circuit will run you up to the boardwalk for only $2 per person!

Nice condo

This condo is as described. Beautiful views. There are a few items in condo that need addressed and I advised owner. The biggest issue is with the building - elevators are extremely slow and you must wear a wrist band in the building that allow access to your room, the elevators and outside doors. We had issues twice with our wrist bands not working - needed replaced. Frustrating. Also the building is surrounded by other condos so limited restaurant choices within walking distance.

Accueil peu aimable à l'arrivée. Appartement très malpropre. Murs abimés et meubles malpropres, Manque d'ustensiles et de vaisselle.( que nous avons dû re-laver). 2 verres à vin, pas de tasse à café de format normal, pas de bol à salade, pas d'essoreuse à salade. (etc) Une ampoule grillée non remplacée, malgré une demande à cet effet. Les coûts du resort sont prohibitifs, surtout que l'accès à la plage était limité en raison des travaux effectués sur celle-ci. ( va et vient continuel de camions poids lourds et nombre de chaises limité. Une journée, l'accès nous a été refusé en raison du manque de transats à 10h15.

Beautiful Views and Friendly staff

The balcony views were amazing! Only issue was the shower did not drain well water would be there for awhile but gone before night showers. There are not a lot of restaurants never this location but just a short Uber ride away.

It's got it all! (almost)

Great view and great unit. You must be ok with heights or the balcony is a no-go. (38 floors is waaaay up there! 😬😆) Could use a few more utensils, glasses and some basic spices (salt and pepper would have been nice), but we managed fine with just the 2 of us. Plus, there is a Walmart a short walk away. Some cushions missing from the balcony chairs. Maybe a binder with directions on how to use the TV (w/cable box), oven, trash chute, etc... things that a FAQ page could solve easily. Overall, a great unit with a great view for watching sunrises and sunsets. We loved it!

ANNIVERSARY TRIP

Property was great. We have stayed in Hyde before and this trip was every bit as good as the last one. Block is amazing and feels every bit the 5 star rating. If we have the chance we will be back for sure.
