Diese Direct Oceanfront Wohnung ist wunderschön! Es ist professionell gestaltet und dekoriert, mit dem Ziel des persönlichen Komforts und der Entspannung. Dies ist eine direkte Einheit am Meer mit eigenem Balkon. Es ist auch am Pool (diese Wohnung verfügt über zwei Pools - einer ist beheizt). Das Gerät verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und einen offenen Grundriss für Wohn- / Ess- / Küchenbereich. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über eine Pillow-Top-Matratze und Teppichboden. Der Rest der Einheit ist mit Keramikfliesen ausgelegt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck für vier Personen. Der Wohnbereich verfügt über ein neues Schlafsofa mit ausziehbarem Queensize-Bett. Der private Balkon verfügt über drei Stühle und einen Tisch und bietet einen unglaublichen Blick auf den wunderschönen Strand direkt vor Ihnen.

Mit 400 Fuß am Meer, schöne Aussicht auf das Meer sind in alle Richtungen von der Terrasse zur Verfügung. Entlang der gesamten Spannweite befindet sich ein Deck mit gemauerten Pflasterklinkern, Picknicktischen, zahlreichen Stühlen / Tischen / Lounges, Tiki Cabana, Grillmöglichkeiten und sogar einem Kinderbecken. Ein voll ausgestattetes Fitnesscenter ist rund um die Uhr verfügbar.

Beautiful beach property

The view was fantastic. Good access to the beach. Unit was well furnished. The large pool was damaged by the hurricane wo it was inoperable, it was too cold to swim anyway. Need a few small repairs but it didn't affect our stay.

We really enjoyed this well set up and modern place. Really easy to communicate with the owner, fantastic view..quiet with everything you need, nice to have a separate full bedroom and the 2 bathrooms makes it very pleasant when you have 2-4 people staying

We came on buisness. Condo was well stocked. Showers do need swivel heads put on to help out taller people. Unit has good linens and nice travertine in the bathrooms. Little recliner had a tilt to it. Furniture and bed could use an upgrade.But the place was fine for the price. Nice kitchen area.

Adult getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this property from the moment we stepped in the door! The condo is beautifully decorated, very clean, all the accommodations you could need! The owner was very easy to get in touck with and even gave us an early check-in. The views are amazing. Easy walking distance to many restaurants. We will definitely book here again next year!

Home away from Home

Just want to say this is one of the most "homey" units we have ever stayed in! It was just me and my 3 year old that stayed. The community made me feel safe, the location was perfect. Beach not too busy / crowded in front of the condos. One pool is currently out of commission but it was nothing to walk over to the next one. My boy and i enjoyed his birthday vacation. I had a couple questions and the owner got back to me within 5-10 minutes of texting them. They were great and their unit was great! Truly recommend this place.

Good stay

While the exterior appearance of the building and the interior hallways was pretty neat up, the interior of the unit was very nice, well equipped and a beautiful view of the ocean. The repairs to the seawall are ongoing and then I imagine they will move on to the pool below the unit and courtyard. The owner has communicated to us about the repairs so no surprises there. Also, a vehicle is a must. Overall nice place. Would consider if we find ourselves in Daytona again.

You have a front row center seat for full blown construction with a wake up call every morning at 7.

I was told construction would be finished by arrival. No beach access and the pool was not open. The construction started every morning at 7 am and continued until 4-5. I always stay ocean front when I go to the beach and this was a miserable experience. I reached out to the host and her answer was I could have canceled. Had she gotten back with me to let me know construction was still in full force, I would have cancelled. This place is still months and months away from being completed. I asked for a compensation on the room and got no response back from the host except to saw the condo was clean and nice for me to enjoy my stay. I can’t express enough how unhappy I was with my stay in this condo!

Recent stay

The outside of the unit looked a little worn after being hit with a hurricane a year and a half ago they are working on things. No pool yet due to the sea wall being put up. They had to replace their elevator too after the hurricane. They were up front with us about all the construction. The inside was nice. A few little things to be repaired, but otherwise a great unit. We would definitely stay there again.

This condo has an incredible view of the ocean. Easy access to the beach. Condo was exactly as pictured. It is nicely furnished with additional touches added for Valentine’s. Plenty of large soft bathroom towels. Quality bed linens. Host was wonderful and contacted us prior to arrival to answer questions and give updates on the construction on the building from previous hurricane. Would like to go back again.

Budget Beach Condo

There was construction on much of the development property, but this condo was clean and well appointed. We especially enjoy having 2 bathrooms. I'm sure in a year, when all the renovations from the storms are complete, it will be great. Unfortunately, the weather was rainy for all except 2 days we were here. We still enjoyed our stay.

Excellent Vacation Stay

This condo was superbly decorated, clean and well equipped to provide the perfect getaway. The owners paid great attention to detail making this condo a perfect "home away from home." They communicated with us well ahead of our stay to provide entry details and instructions. Sophya is very responsive and assisted us with gaining access to the condo a bit earlier than the normal check in time once we were in the area.. Work is being done on the building and sea wall of the condo to recover from the hurricanes of 2022, but noise was minimal. We would highly recommend this condo and we are planning to book it again in the future.

Disappointed

The room was nice but the condo complex was in bad shape from the hurricane. There was no beach access. Had to walk a ways to get to beach. Laundry facilities in our building did not work. I feel that we should have been advised about the damage when we booked our week. Lots of homeless people living behind damage sea walls.

Nice condo for a family

We really liked this condo. The condo was clean and spacious. The king mattress was very comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were great when you have a family. The elevator was really close and the view was great. Once they finish with construction it will look so much better. The beach access is a little aggravating but not bad. Overall it is a great condo for the price and we enjoyed our stay.

We live in Sayreville New Jersey, Our family has been to Daytona Beach several times for the races and we fell in love with the wide beach, fun activities for both kids, adults, and all there is to see and do!

It is gorgeous with a direct ocean view, balcony and pool view too! The inside is like none other in the complex - designer decorated and faux-painted in soft, rich colors. The bedroom has a king size bed! The living area couch opens to a queen size sleeper. Kitchen, two full baths (travertine tile) so it is easy getting ready to go out on the town! There are two pools - one is heated in the colder months! It has a large fitness center (if you don't think that bobbing up and down in the waves all day is enough exercise)! We really tried to make this condo as comfortable as possible - we want you to come back and stay here again!
