Your 30 m² studio apartment in Cap D'Agde sleeps 6 and comprises :

- A cabin area with bunk beds (2x1 90x190)
- A mezzanine with 2 double beds (140x200) (access via a retractable trapdoor in the living room);
- Large balcony with garden view;
- Fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Senseo pod coffee machine, kettle, crockery and kitchen utensils;
- Shower room and separate WC;
- The accommodation has board games, a clothes line and a fan;
- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows and a washing machine;
- The residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and table tennis.
- Free private outdoor parking.

The IPANEMA residence is ideally located:
- 1 KM from sandy beaches;
- 500 metres from shops and restaurants;

A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival.
