Upon entering the Desert Ridge Retreat by keyless entry, you will notice a large, open concept with a split floor plan and beautiful view into the breathtaking backyard. Natural light fills the kitchen, dining, and living areas. You will find the kitchen stocked with all necessary cooking amenities and staple items as well as coffee, tea, and bottled water.

In the living room, the comfort of home will allow you to relax and watch
YOU TUBETV or a show on the 55 inch Smart TV (log into your own account to access apps). If you are in town for business or need to study, use the desk which is stocked with wireless printer, paper, pens, and pencils and super fast WiFi.

Each bed is welcoming with soft, white linens and duvet covers and your extra pillows & blankets.

A sliding glass doors off of the living room & master bedroom lead out to the large backyard with outdoor sofa, chairs & fire pit along with outdoor table for dining al fresco, Weber gas grill, and beautiful outdoor lighting.

There is a full size washer & dryer that you are welcome to use, as well as full access to the attached two car garage.

This brand new remodeled white kitchen is stocked with all that you need to make a family meal. White cabinets, quartz countertops, , stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice-maker. Everything is provided from silverware to cooking utensils, pots and pans, plates and bowls, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and cocktail glasses, Keurig for coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer, toaster, blender, crockpot, serving platters, and more.

This home is fully furnished with white linens, plenty of soft towels, and extra pillows and blankets. It is stocked with cooking essentials such as olive oil, spices, salt & pepper, coffee, and tea.

Forget toiletries?
Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, razors, toothbrush, and toothpaste.

**Minimal paper products (toilet paper and paper towels), laundry, and dish detergent & trash bags will be available to get you started for your stay.

Dogs are allowed as part of your stay. They must be added to your reservation with an additional $25/ day/ pet fee. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED. If evidence of a cat or other unauthorized pet is discovered guest will be charged up to $500.00 for damages and/or cleaning fee which will be billed to guest and payable to owner within fifteen days of invoice.

No smoking permitted in or about the premises. If evidence of smoke is discovered in or about the premises, an additional cleaning fee of $500.00 will be billed to guest which will be payable to owner within fifteen days of invoice.

In no event are large gatherings, such a house parties or weddings, permitted on the premises.

Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing.

Great House, Great Location

Came out for Spring Training and the house was perfect for our family plus dog. Spacious rooms, clean and everything you need for your stay. Location was amazing too right next to big shopping center. Playground nearby and right off the 101 which made it easy to get to places. Highly recommend would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a conference

Overall great place. Janeen was an excellent host and very responsive to questions and needs before our visit and during. We were in town for a conference at the JW Marriott and it was very to go to (and away) from the conference. Much quieter and more comfortable than the conference hotel. Great location!!

I lived in this house from Feb. 23 until June 7th, 2022. Remodeled home which is very updated. Neighborhood is great. Very nice walking paths. Close to stores and restaurants. Property manager is awesome! Helped me out a few times when I was in need. Highly recommend staying at this house!!

Great house on a great location

We stayed here January and February 2023. We were looking for a house with a yard for our dog, and this house has a great back yard that she loved playing in! It is also close to Cashman Park and wonderful walking paths. We loved the location which is in a nice quiet neighborhood which is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The house was clean and comfortable. Janeen, the host, was receptive to any requests and the few problems that arose during our stay were dealt with promptly. She even went out of her way to do us a favor when we inadvertently left something in the house after we left. We loved our time here at Desert Ridge and hopefully plan to return here next year!

EXCELLENT LOCATION! ADORABLE HOUSE!!

This house is amazing. It is in a prime location to EVERYTHING!! It is across the street from JW Marriott Resort & Desert Ridge Marketplace. It is minutes from the freeway which allows easy access in all directions. We shopped in Scottsdale< Kierland & Scottsdale Quarter & Fashion Square, Biltmore Shopping Center. My husband golfed at TPC Golf, where the Waste Management Open is held each year. We would definitely book this home again. Janeen was awesome and reponsive to any suggestions and questions. ***** Beyond our description for a 4 bedroom home with a great yard especially considering the hotel room prices this time of year

Best Location in Desert Ridge- Phoenix

We had a wonderful stay at the beautifully appointed home in Desert Ridge! The location offers a lot of convenience and amenities. Desert Ridge Marketplace is known for its great restaurants and shopping options, providing a vibrant and lively atmosphere. The fully remodeled house has four bedrooms and a two-car garage with ample space for friends & family. The walking trails nearby are a fantastic feature, allowing you to enjoy the natural beauty of the area. Being close to the freeway is advantageous, as it provides easy access to various destinations. The fact that it's only about a 25-minute drive to the airport is convenient for travelers. Additionally, the proximity to Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter adds another layer of upscale shopping experiences to enjoy. Overall, we had a delightful stay with plenty of amenities and attractions nearby. It's always nice to have a comfortable and inviting place to stay while traveling. The JW Marriott across the street from this home adds even more value to your experience. The newly renovated 18 million dollar waterpark within the JW Marriott Resort sounds like a fantastic addition to their facilities. This is great option to be close to resort for conference & events and enjoy the comfort of a home. The owners of the home were fantastic to work with. They are very responsive and accommodating hosts. Being able to leave your luggage on the last day before your flight is a convenient feature.
