Family winter holiday break

Thank you so much Jeanne and Dave! Your home was perfect for our family vacation . It met everyone’s needs and surpassed their expectations(which is hard to do with so many varied ages and interests. Ages ranged from three to seventy). The place was well equipped, immaculate and offered the choices of multiple places to relax and play and dine both indoors and outdoors. The children especially enjoyed the arcade room and of course the nicely heated pool and hot tub. The basketball net by the pool was a huge big hit. I cant say enough nice things and the hosts were readily available to answer any questions. Hopefully we will get the opportunity to return. We loved it!

Perfect Location

This property looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and spacious. There was a lot of us and we still had plenty of room. Communication with the owner was fast. Close to all Disney parks, as well as Universal Studio. I hope we get to stay here again for any future trips.

Great house and owner

Beautifully done house and excellent property owner communication. Everything was as pictured and well set up. A small issue with the dishwasher was taken care of immediately with great communication from the property owner who made sure we were taken care of and happy with the property. Would definitely select again!

Wonderful Disney rental!

This property was WONDERFUL! There were more than enough rooms for the 9 of us that were staying. The kitchen was huge and spacious. Plenty of seating for everyone in the living room. The kids had plenty of spaces to get away from the grown ups on our off days and were easily kept entertained with that amazing game room! We did enjoy the heated pool/ hot tub on our last day. It was wonderful and well kept. I don’t have any negative comments about this place. It was truly wonderful.

Family reunion

The property is exactly like listed. We reuinted with family from over seas and it was perfect. Every member of the family enjoyed the house and accommodations. Highly recommend! The hosts were very responsive to questions and extremely thoughtful sending battery powered lights incase we lost power due to the hurricane. We never needed them, but it was so thoughtful of them to make sure we had them if needed!

Clean, well kept house

Amazing clean and well stocked home!

This house was very clean and had all the amenities you could need - plenty of plate, utensils, towels, etc. The game room was a lot of fun to unwind after a long day at the parks. The back pool area was great as well with plenty of seating and a TV. We found this home to be in a quieter section of the resort. Overall, hihgly recommend this house!

Spectacular All Around

We have stayed at many VRBO locations in the past and this has been by far the best one we have stayed at. Not only did the pictures give an accurate image of the house there were many things that exceeded our expectations. The seating space outdoor was by far superior to any of the houses surrounding us. Our group was able to sit comfortably to lounge, read, enjoy the sun, eat meals and watch kids in the pool. The sun is in the pool in the am which was excellent for our schedules. We also enjoyed the seating and pool space into the evening while kids slept. The kitchen had enough supplies for our party of 11 to eat at the same time without having to do dishes all the time before the next meal. The rooms were spacious, clean and very spacious. The color themes and decorations were planned out with thought, there was not a detail missed. The kids enjoyed the game room and movie space to 'be alone after a long day out on adventures. The location allowed us to see the ocean, airboat tours, Disney, ocean fishing and Lake Apopka Wold Life Drive. (Lake Apopka is F-S, we made it there twice) The entire house was spotless. Having the ability to do laundry before heading home was a bonus. The owner was available as needed and responsive. We will book again and recommend this place to our family and friends. *the following are not negatives, just suggestions: *bring or buy laundry pods and extra garbage bags. *pool floaties were easy to find at all the local stores *traffic is no joke and the grocery stores are always busy in FL ;-) *check red tide warnings before you venture to the golf Warning Language: my husband said this place is F'in AWESOME :-)

Disney Delight

This place was simply fabulous. The attention to detail was first class all the way. The Disney theme rooms and artwork were very tasteful and not overdone. The pool and patio were ideal and my kids and grandkids spent most of their free time there if not watching movies or playing in the games room. There was a brief power failure one day and the pool/spa heater went off. Jeanne fixed this faster than we even recognized what had happened . All the appliances, furniture, and utensils were first rate. The two washer/dryers came in handy for 9 of us. It is a tossup whether we enjoyed our days at the parks or the house more. Jeanne and Dave were awesome hosts and checked to make sure we were happy the whole time. Can’t say enough good things about our experience. My 9 year old grandson gave it 100 out of 10!

Christmas Vacation

We had a wonderful time at Disney and this house was perfect for our family vacation. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. There was six adults and five children, ages ranging from 3 to 12. They had a blast playing in the game room and swimming in the heated pool. The house is located only 15 minutes from the park and parking was really easy. You will love this house. I highly recommend it for your family vacation.

Amazing Home!

The pictures are spot on for this home! The owners were the best we have ever rented from! We loved the home from the moment we arrived. The grandkids said this was the best house ever! The beds were comfortable and the home was so close to the the parks and shopping. It is well worth the amount to stay here! I will definitely stay here again next time! We had enough toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap and trash bags to get us started until we could get to the store to buy our supplies. We hated to leave. You will NOT be disappointed with renting this home! We had 6 adults and 6 kids ages 11 to 3.

Perfect home for disneyworld adventure

Excellent location if you’re planning to take the family (or multiple families) to disneyworld. Plenty of space, we had 6 adults and 6 kids and still had an extra room. Everything was clean when we arrived the pool and garbage is frequently maintained by staff. The pool and game room in the garage were perfect for keeping the kids busy on our days off from disneyworld. Close to Target/Walmart or a pretty much anything you need is 5-10 minute drive away. Highly recommend and would rent again.

This home in and of itself is a destination. Large, bright, new, clean, and comfortable, it is a perfect place to enjoy after visiting the parks -- or for taking a quiet day of relaxation. In Emerald Island Resort, we are VERY close to the parks and are located in an established and low key resort. There are many resort amenities (pool, clubhouse, tiki bar, tennis, pickleball, volleyball, mini golf, fitness center, business center), but has a quieter neighborhood feel missing from the newer, denser resorts. Strolling through the streets of the tree-lined Emerald Island has a friendly feel. You will see why we wanted to have a home here!

Best lanai/pool area in the resort! The proximity to Disney/Universal, restaurants, and ease of access to other attractions and areas make this home, resort, and area sure to please! The attention to detail in outfitting the home ensures you will be making the right choice when selecting our home! The fun details used to decorate with both Disney and Star Wars themes add to the atmosphere of fun. The extra large lanai with both covered and open areas has plenty of seating options, as well as an outdoor TV. The large pool and spa include heat at no charge year-round and enjoying them both will be memorable parts of you visit.

The charm and lushness of Emerald Island is due to it being a well-established community. You will enjoy the resort and amenities, while being able to experience our fully updated, like-new home. Every piece of furniture, item in the kitchen, mattresses, and decor item were selected to provide the comfortable and stylish vacation you deserve.
