The Space:
Perched on the slopes of Lurin, this home has been beautifully designed to blend the untamed spirit of a tropical oasis with contemporary living. Featuring three spacious bedrooms, it is one of our flagship villa rentals in St. Barts for groups of friends. Nestled in the Caribbean Sea, the island of St. Barts is renowned for its luxurious excellence, offering both privacy and prestige.

The sunny terrace offers a sea view framed by palm trees and lush tropical vegetation. Dive into the large infinity pool, located between the house and the terrace sunbathing area. An outdoor dining table is surrounded by tropical vegetation, providing the perfect setting for an al fresco meal at sunset. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays and holidays) keeps the property at its best.

The main living area of the villa is airy and open, adorned with pristine white walls and hardwood furniture complemented by exotic accents. This space opens onto the terrace and gardens, allowing natural light to flood the interior. A fully equipped modern kitchen includes an espresso machine for afternoon coffee and a blender for evening cocktails.

Comfortably accommodating up to six people, the villa’s three bedrooms each offer breathtaking ocean views through sliding doors. The suites also feature modern en-suite bathrooms with double sinks and walk-in showers, air conditioning, and flat-screen televisions.

A short drive takes you to the secluded and private Gouverneur Beach, where you can enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the tropical surroundings. The capital, Gustavia, a quaint yet lively town, offers upscale boutiques, excellent restaurants, and a picturesque harbor, and is only a three-minute drive from the villa.

Getting Around:
The villa is located just 10 minutes from the Saint Barthélemy airport, offering easy and convenient access.

To reach the property from the airport, take the road towards Gustavia, then continue up the hills of Lurin towards Gouverneur Bay. This scenic route offers panoramic views of the island and leads you directly to the villa, passing through the historic town of Gustavia, where you will be greeted by the luxury and comfort characteristic of this exceptional residence.

Professional cleaning services will be offered upon your arrival and departure, ensuring the apartment is spotless for your enjoyment.

Security Deposit:
A deposit of €1200 is required to access the property, payable online ONLY by credit card via SWIKLY. Expect a refund from 21 business days following departure, provided no damage is found.

Responsibilities and Guidelines:
Respect the peace and quiet of the neighbors. Loud noises could result in deductions from the deposit.

Professional Use and Photography:
No photo shoots, filming, professional appointments, or commercial use are permitted without prior permission. Contact us for specific rates and authorizations.

Please note that the minimum age for making a reservation is 30 years old. Individuals under 30 will be allowed entry only in the presence of someone who meets the age requirement. Otherwise, they will not be permitted to stay on the property, and no refund requests will be accepted if this rule is not respected.
