The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering for rent, in the commune of Montreuil, this charming 40 m² duplex flat that can comfortably accommodate 4 travellers. Located on the 2ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lounge area, a fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom and a shower room with shower. Wifi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels included, we're just waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- Dining area and open-plan kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, toaster, hob, etc.
- A shower room with shower, washbasin and WC

On the 1ᵉʳ floor
- A sitting area with double sofa bed and TV
- A bedroom with a king-size bed (180×200)

Outside:
- A 10 m² terrace with table and chairs to enjoy the fine weather

The flat is ideally located in Montreuil, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
