The Space: This two-bedroom apartment has been beautifully designed with no expense spared. We have kept many of the original features of the building – including high ceilings and heart pine floors – but added luxury furnishings including granite workshops in the kitchen and luxurious bedding with memory foam in the living area. The property features:

A bedroom with a large TV, and a king-size bed with luxury bed linen.

A guest bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.

An open-plan kitchen and living area. The fully-equipped kitchen features a large fridge-freezer with ice dispenser, a dishwasher and a coffee maker. The lounge area has a luxury sofa with plush chairs, and a great spot to curl up with a book or watch a film on the large TV.

Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, which is rare in Charleston.

Access to your own large private outdoor porch

A laundry area with a washer and dryer.

Complimentary parking for one vehicle is provided in the covered, secure parking garage one block away! A FOB parking pass will be included with stay. There is a location tracking device on the FOB so that it may be found if lost or misplaced.

Park on the street at any metered or marked spots to unload/load for up to 2 hours.

Guests will have exclusive access to the 1st floors of the building thought the front door. Its Easily accessible and well lit for your safety.

No pets are allowed at this property.

This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis
offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the
peninsula. The property includes a swimming pool, onsite eateries for breakfast, lunch,
dinner, trendy cocktails, and of course poolside cabanas! It also includes an indoor gym and
fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private
and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

*Day Passes are complimentary November 1- March 31, unless there is a ticketed event.

Perfect Location

Loved the beautiful apartment and its perfect location right off of King Street. Walkable to everything and equipped with everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again.

Will not stay here again

Overall: I would not stay in this unit again.Location: convenient shopping and restaurants. However, there is considerable noise from the street and nearby construction. This is particularly noticeable from the master bedroom which is adjacent to the street.Parking: for loading and unloading, there is metered parking along the street but was not easy to find. The parking deck is only a block away so it is relatively convenient.Privacy & Security is poor: the unit is in the same building as several other apartments. The veranda can be easily accessed from those apartments and on more than one occasion, someone left the building across the veranda leaving the street door unlocked. The host tried to address this with the tenants, but appeared to be unsuccessful. (There should be a more effective barrier on the veranda to prevent trespassing.) General maintenance: There are several examples that the maintenance of this unit is poor: soiled curtains, paint chipped from walls, cracked wall panels in the bathroom, leaky faucet in master bathroom, and smoke detector chirping.

Great place!

The place was lovely and comfortable. It needs a new coffee pot. The bedroom door (with twin beds) wouldn’t close, and with all the available tv stations Fox News was not an option. Parking for loading & unloading was a challenge. Overall it was great.

Great location and accommodation

We enjoyed everything about this property. It was so comfortable and in the middle of town, accessible to shopping, restaurants and bus stops. The only improvement would be a hand rail on the entrance steps and the 4 steps up to the 1st floor where we stayed. Otherwise, this is a perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston.

Amazing Property & Location

I arrived several hours before my family to unpack and get settled. When they arrived they could not believe the beautiful house was ours for the weekend. The location was perfect for family to come and go and easily meet up in the shopping or historic district. Perfect for a family of 4.

Great Location and Property

Living and kitchen area is fabulous with all amenities you would need. The main bedroom is very spacious as well as the adjoining bathroom. The second bedroom is a bit smaller and its bathroom is smaller. A larger person (Me) finds it a bit tight in the shower. We stayed 3 nights. The free parking spot is in the Wentworth Street Garage accessible by walking through the Renaissance hotel driveway. Very easy to do. We walked everywhere we wanted to go with no trouble. I would stay here again. No one in our party of 4 is under 65 years old so we wanted a spot close to everything.
