The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes essential cookware and cutleries to make delicious meals.

The two bedrooms have a double bed fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens and multiple storage spaces.

The bathroom has all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Take a small detour through the Breton district! The atmosphere of old France lulls the mainly residential district, which includes some of Paris's most famous attractions, such as the Catacombs. For shopping, go to Montparnasse, a large shopping center.

You can also stroll down rue Daguerre, where you will find bakeries and patisseries. There are many places to eat in the borough, so here's a small recommendation for Breton creperies!

Finally, try "l'entrepôt, " an incredible place of artistic life with a restaurant, cocktail bar, garden terrace, concert halls, and art galleries.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Pernety, is just a 2-minute walk.

Aéroport de Paris-Orly is a 44-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before being able to check into the flat. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (2 PM).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
