Beautiful lakefront home in Lakewood, NY with all the amenities needed for an outstanding vacation! Your family can enjoy a spacious yard on the lake for activities, a covered porch for eating or lounging, private dock (until Nov) with ladder for boating or fishing, and a fire pit for evenings under the stars. All bedrooms have been updated with new mattresses, bedding, and decor; freshly painted, new wallpaper and carpeting upstairs; The house also has central air/c and heat. Excellent reviews on other booking sites.

Nothing short of AMAZING!!

We stayed at the Lakewood cottage for a trip to visit family. Brooke was very responsive. She answered all questions immediately, she offered suggestions for places to shop for certain things, she was on top of IT! The property and location was nothing short of amazing. Beds were comfortable, it had all the conveniences we needed, layout of the home was great! Views from the living room, back patio, and huge backyard were unbelievable!! I didn’t want to leave. The neighbors were friendly, location is walkable to Lakewood town for coffee, shopping, and bars. We will be back… NO Doubt!! Thanks Brooke!!

Family Eclipse getaway

Loved our Lakewood stay

This home was very clean, comfortable & charming. Had 2 huge windows in the LR w/ wonderful views out across the lawn to the the lake. It’s located in a nice quiet neighborhood, yet is close to many stores or restaurants needed. We rented in the fall and there were no neighbors staying around us so it was very quiet. We had good Communication with the owner & would definitely stay again.

A perfect base for exploring the area

We had an excellent 5 night stay. Some highlights: - We rented some kayaks from Bemus Point and got out on the water - Internet was great which allowed us to keep up with the Women's World Cup - Got some cooking done - The hosts were responsive and confirmed what equipment the kitchen had - Several round trips to Chautauqua - A/C kept us comfortable If we come back to the area we will definitely consider this again for our home base!

Beautiful view!

Lovely lake house and location. We thoroughly enjoyed the porch, fire pit and peer. Plenty of room for our group of 8 and 10 (2 nights) ages 11 months to 86 years old. Comfy beds and furniture, and ample towels are a plus. I took off a point because a dinner was ruined when the grill ran out of propane while grilling expensive meat. A spare tank was in a locked garage and we couldn’t get it before the following day. Owner sent someone to get it out the next morning and it worked fine after that.

Location, location, location

This property has a great location on a quiet street with plenty of parking. We enjoyed the lake view from the covered deck. There is plenty of room for gatherings. We had 8 adults and didn't feel cramped at all.

Great family vacation

My family and I had a great time at the house! The house, backyard and location were perfect for our trip. The lake was low so we couldn’t dock our boat at the house, but we were able to keep it at a marina just minutes away. Such a fun week!

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. It was very clean and decorated very nicely. Plenty of clean towels and bedding to go around. We thoroughly enjoyed the amazing backyard right on the lake. This home is very close to many shops and larger stores.

Gorgeous Lake Home - Great for Larger Groups

This lakefront home is absolutely lovely - wonderful open space with gorgeous lake view. The home is beautifully decorated and extremely functional, with ample indoor and outdoor spaces to enjoy. We traveled with family, and the four kids loved the bedroom with multiple bunk beds. Everything was extremely clean and Brooke was very responsive to any questions we had about the property. Highly recommend this home!
