Located near the village of Villeneuve-Loubet and 2.5 km from the beaches. In the Cap Azur private residence, made up of houses, you'll enjoy access to the swimming pool, open from May to September, from 9 am to 9 pm.
A private, secure parking space is available throughout your stay.

Our little cocoon is a studio with a kitchen, living room, sleeping area and bathroom with bathtub.

The apartment has reversible air conditioning and opens directly onto the terrace, where you can enjoy the sunshine to the full.

In the kitchen, you'll find a capsule coffee machine, kettle, oven and microwave, hob, dishwasher and washing machine.

In the living room, you'll find 2 single sofa beds, TV with fiber, Netflix , Amazon Prime and a chest of drawers for storing your belongings.

You'll sleep peacefully in the sleeping area with a new double bed and mattress.

On the terrace, you'll find garden furniture with a double egg for relaxing, as well as a table, 4 chairs and a barbecue for your meals.
A washing line is also available.

The apartment was completely renovated in April 2024, with all interior and exterior furnishings, bedding and linen completely new.

Please note: the apartment is located on a hillside. Access is by stairs only (approx. 4 floors).

The neighborhood is very quiet and close to all amenities! Near the medieval village where you can stroll and visit the Auguste Escoffier museum, inventor of the Peche Melba, you can also stroll along the river in the Rives du Loup park 7 min away on foot, or get your thrills at Canyon Forest! The sandy beaches, just a 5-minute drive away, are ideal for water sports or just lazing around! Villeneuve-Loubet is an ideal setting for nature, culture, sports or shopping vacations, with the Cap 3000 and Polygone Riviera shopping centers just 10 min away by car!
