Genießen Sie mein wunderschön renoviertes einstöckiges Haus in der Conifer Lane in der Nähe des Fort Rock Parks. Perfekte Lage, um zum Park, SHARC oder Einkaufszentrum zu gehen. Zentrale Klimaanlage (in Sunriver schwer zu finden), WiFi, Whirlpool, 8 unbegrenzte Nutzungskarten für den SHARC-Pool / Wasserpark und reservierbare Tennisplätze. Ohne Ausweise kostet der Eintritt zum SHARC 25 USD pro Person und Tag. Ich halte mein Eigentum sauber und gepflegt mit hochwertiger Bettwäsche und Handtüchern.

Schöne drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder nach Hause umgebaut. Perfekte Raumaufteilung - großes, helles Great Room mit hoher Gewölbedecke trennt die Master Suite von den anderen 2 Schlafzimmern und dem Badezimmer.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Kingsize-Bett mit massivem Eichenholzrahmen, einen Fernseher, einen DVD-Player, ein Hauptbad mit Granit, zwei Waschbecken, eine Doppelkopfdusche und einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Das zweite Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit massivem Eichenholzrahmen, einen TV und einen DVD-Player. Das dritte Schlafzimmer verfügt über 2 Etagenbetten, einen TV und einen DVD-Player. Alle neuen Handtücher und Bettwäsche.

Der große Raum öffnet sich zur Küche und zum Speiseraum. Gewölbedecken und große Fenster machen die Räume hell und freundlich. Die große Sektionsliege bietet Platz für eine große Gruppe. Sehen Sie sich einen Film auf dem großen HDTV-Bildschirm an. Viel Spaß mit den vielen Spielen, Rätseln und Büchern. WiFi inklusive. Halten Sie sich in diesen kühlen Wüstennächten warm und warm, indem Sie den Gaskamin einschalten.

Die modernisierte Küche verfügt über Granit und Gasgeräte aus Edelstahl. Auf dem großen Deck befindet sich ein Propangrill, der sich über die gesamte Länge des Hauses erstreckt und auf die Grünfläche und einen Wander- / Radweg blickt.

Standort, Standort, Standort. In einer ruhigen Gasse und doch nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß von der Village Mall entfernt, wo Sie Lebensmittelgeschäfte, Restaurants und Geschäfte finden. Zum Fort Rock Park mit Tennisplätzen, Spielstrukturen und Picknickplätzen sind es 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Erwachsene Cruiser-Bikes werden gestellt. Ein sehr ruhiger Ort, abseits der Eisenbahnschienen!

Dieses Haus wurde geplant und eingerichtet, um Ihren Urlaub von zu Hause aus eine ganz besondere Zeit zu machen. Ich bin stolz darauf, mein Zuhause sauber und gepflegt zu halten. Im Gegensatz zu vielen Besitzern lebe ich in Bend und bin verfügbar, wenn irgendwelche Probleme auftreten.

Met Every Need

This place met every expectation. We have stayed at a lot of places in SunRiver over the last forty years and this was one of the best. Our grandchildren came over from Bend and spent a couple of nights with us and they loved the hot tub and room to spread out. The television was easy to figure out and we even successfully connected our Roku to their television with no difficulty. I love it when electronic devices are simple and easy to use. Then we had guest over following Christmas and had a full house with no issues and plenty of room.

Good Stay

It was a nice place. Not as well-appointed as some of the other homes in the area, but good enough for our 3 night stay. We couldn't find bath mats, and the kitchen could use some additional dishes, utensils. Location was perfect, and it was very clean.

Great home, great location

This home was great. Had everything we needed, great location close to the park, AC worked well. Donna was very helpful and quick to respond when the front door lock’s batteries died - she came out and fixed it quickly while my family was at SHARC. Highly recommend

Nature recreation getaway!

We had such a relaxing and rejuvenating visit to Sunriver thanks in great part to our home base! The house is walking distance to the park, and a quick bike ride to the village. We loved having the bike path right out the back door and the cul-de-sac was great for scooting and getting to know our temporary neighbors. We went every day to the SHARC, and the location made it easy to stop by Bend a few times too to visit grandparents. This is a beautiful home and even more stunning in person - we would love to stay here again.

This house is perfect for family stays. There are two sets of bunk beds for kids and two other bedrooms for couples. It backs onto a bike path and is near SHARK recreation facility. Bikes in garage. Nice deck and hot tub.

Great New Year's stay!

The house is very spacious and clean. Kitchen is very well equipped and organized. Living room offers large sitting areas with new TV and cozy fireplace. Wi-fi connection and speed is great. On the deck there is a new jacuzzi with some nice functions like bubbles and jets. The house owner is very friendly and answers to your messages promptly. We love the house and the neighborhood. We plan to stay in there again sometime in the future.

Sunriver Gem!

We had a great time at Donna’s property. It’s a perfect location within the Sunriver complex - close to everything we wanted to do. The house is clean and well appointed, with super comfortable beds and everything you need in the kitchen and bathrooms. The indoor and outdoor living spaces have lots of nice seating and excellent amenities. Internet connectivity was reliable and strong. Donna was helpful and prompt when we communicated. We can’t wait to return!

Loved this property and want to come back again

We loved our 4-night stay at Donna’s home and wish we had stayed a few more nights! We would not hesitate to book this property again. The layout was fantastic for our family of four and two families of four each would easily fit. The kitchen was well stocked and the appliances throughout were updated and worked well. The main living area has a large cozy sectional, huge TV and open feel with vaulted ceilings, and the whole property had the right mix of feeling updated but still very comfortable and family friendly. The binder with directions for everything was clear and organized. There was easy access to the bike path and we used the house bikes which were fine for our needs. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked very well! We did not end up using the hot tub but did use the grill, and I sat on the deck most mornings with coffee and a book and loved watching the birds, squirrels and even a few deer walk by. The closets had plenty of space, hangers and dressers - I think this is the first rental I’ve actually fully unpacked in! The wifi was also very good. Bathrooms were in great condition and excellent water pressure. Biking to the Village took about 10-15 minutes (parts are uphill on the way back). We also used the available SHARC passes one day and that was so handy. Highly recommend rafting the Deschutes (we used Sunriver Marina) and the kids enjoyed a horseback ride as well. Can’t wait to come back!

The house was even better than pics; large deck, lots of closet space, bright kitchen and family room. One level with privacy. Only 1/4 mile from Flat Rock Park but no noise from it:)). Kitchen well stocked.

Perfectly set-up house!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was beautifully updated, very clean, modern appliances, and well stocked with all the necessities. The layout was perfect for our family — kids room and one other room on one side of the house, and the master on the other side. We all slept great — the beds were very comfy. And the deck was so lovely. We enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the view of the trees and people riding their bikes past. It’s extremely close to Fort Rock park (a 1-minute bike ride) so it’s great for families that want to use the park. This was one of the best houses we’ve stayed in at Sunriver and we hope to come back and stay at this house again.

Family Trip

We had a great trip with our family! We had two families (grandparents with us) including a 3 year old. The single level was perfect. The place was clean, bright, and a great layout. The location was great! A short walk to the park and a 30 min walk to the village. We will be back!

My husband and I had a great time here. The house was perfect for us. The house was very clean and quiet. We were a couple, but a family would also enjoy it here. There was a very nice primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a well stocked kitchen, a bedroom with a queen bed and another bedroom with two bunk beds. I could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this house for your stay.

We were with a family group and had a few cabins rented. Our cabin was ideal for us with 3 bedrooms, great facilities, very clean, bikes kindly provided, great hot tub and of course lots to do including SHARC which the kids loved. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great location in center of Sunriver and very responsive and kind host. Very nice house for a family vacation at a reasonable rate. Our only small issue was no lighting in the living room area, just needs a couple of floor/table lamps possibly added. The hot tub was a wonderful option to come home too. So many fun activities near by and Sunriver has many amenities right out your door. Thanks for a lovely stay!

I grew up in Chicago, graduated from the University of Illinois, moved to Portland in 1978, completed my MSW at Portland State and moved to Bend in 2009. This Sunriver home was my vacation getaway until moving to Central Oregon. I still enjoy Sunriver when my 3 children and their families come to visit. I love biking, hiking, cross country and downhill skiing, and all the year round activities in Central Oregon.
