Phase 4 HQ is THE place to stay in Downtown Bentonville. We offer a private stay with amenities and experiences for the whole family to enjoy.

Located walking distance to Crystal Bridges Museum and Downtown Bentonville Square, this house has been immaculately styled and is sure to feel like a luxury home away from home! We are mountain bike friendly, pet friendly, and kid friendly. We offer comfortable living with fun amenities.

The Space:
If you’re here to Mountain Bike, I promise you won’t be disappointed! We have secure bike storage in the garage, tools for repairs, and a bike wash station with Muc-off to clean your bikes. But most importantly, trail entrance to Slaughter Pen Phase 3 is right out the back door! Just hop on your bike and you’ll instantly have access to 7 downhill trails ranging from Green to Black Diamond plus a paved trail to take you straight to the Greenway to hit up all of the other amazing trails in Bentonville.

When you arrive at the house you will enter through the back yard. Once you go through the gate you will be transported to a space where you can truly feel like you are In Your Natural State! We have an outdoor relaxation area featuring café lights, a fire pit, yard games, a grill, and places for a great photo op!

Once you walk in the door you will be greeted by a fully stocked coffee bar for almost any style coffee you prefer. We have drip, K-cups, and all of the equipment to pour a perfect pour-over. We also have a great selection of teas and hot cocoa (for kids of all ages). Next to the coffee you’ll find a Belgian Waffle bar with everything you need to make fresh waffles every day!

The kitchen is well stocked to cook almost any meal! We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook just about any meal you can dream up. It's equipped with stylish stainless-steel appliances including, full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, range and dishwasher.

The living room is the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring! This space has plenty of room to spend with friends and family. We have games for the kids, a pack and play, and leather furniture fit for a mid-day nap! We offer FAST internet and a large smart TV with Roku so you can sign into all of your favorite apps.

All three bedrooms have been carefully decorated to have their own personality and offer comfortable mattresses and TVs with Roku. The main suite is built for luxury and relaxation. It features a King bed, a reading space, and a large mirror to help with getting ready for a night out. The guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and fun décor! One room has cozy boho décor while the other is perfect for lounging and relaxing!

Both of our full bathrooms have all the essentials you need, including soaps, shampoo, and hair dryer.

Main parking is behind the house with additional parking along the street. This house is in a neighborhood with some close neighbors so please be respectful of where you park.

PETS:
We welcome your furry friends to stay with us! We charge a $25 pet fee per pet to help cover the additional cleaning needed. This is charged at the time of Check-in. We provide bowls, a clean up station, dog treats, and blankets. We do ask that you please do not leave your dog unattended at the house at any time without being in a kennel of some sort. While we know your dog is the best at staying home alone, this is a strange house to them and their anxiety may be high.

There are two dog parks located near by that are both fantastic! One is on North Walton and has a Greenway access. The other is at Orchards Park on the corner of J street and John DeShields Blvd and has a playground for the kiddos as well.

ACCESS:
We have an electronic door lock to get into the house whenever you arrive! You'll receive your code a couple days before you check in.

LOCATION
We are located in a quiet neighborhood just north of the Bentonville Square. You can easily walk to Crystal Bridges and the square

FOOD & ENTERTAINMENT
If you need to do some grocery shopping there is a Walmart Neighborhood Market at the square, or a Supercenter just a couple miles away

Restaurants:
• For some of the best food and experiences in the area, we suggest checking out 8th Street Market. You'll find Yeyo's Mexican Street Tacos, Co-op Ramen, Markham and Fits Chocolate, Bike Rack Brewing plus a number of great food trucks!
• At the Bentonville Square you'll find: Wrights BBQ, Ozark Mountain Bagel Co., Pressroom, Table Mesa, Tusk and Trotter, and Pedalers Pub...just to name a few!!!

Shopping:
• The Bentonville Square also offers several fun small shops including Bentonville Mercantile, Moosejaw, Three Dog Bakery, and MORE!

Trails:
• Slaughter pen trails is accessed directly from the square.
• Color bike park is about a 15 min bike ride from the house, or a 5 min drive.

Museums:
• We are a short walk away from the back entrance to Crystal Bridges.
• If you prefer to drive it’s only about 5 minutes to the Main entrance and The Amazeum children's museum.
• Don't forget to stop by the new modern art museum, The Momentary by 8th Street market.

Great Trip

We had a great time. House was extremely clean and well furnished with all of the necessities. It was a short bike ride to the paved trails-but warning-very steep hill! Mountain bike trails were right out the back door. The hot tub was an added bonus, we used it every evening. We would stay here again!

Beautiful Stay in Bentonville

Beautiful house in a fabulous location. Quiet neighborhood. Bike trails just steps from the house. Crystal Bridges a 5-minute drive away. Restaurants and grocery stores 5-minute drive away. Host is wonderful and responsive. Next time we are in Bentonville, this is our vacation place.

MTB Playground in the Backyard

The location of this property is a stone's throw from dropping into the mountain bike trails -- literally you can see the Tech Hub from the driveway. If mountain biking isn't your jam, take the connector trail down to the greenway for a short walk up to Crystal Bridges. The property is super clean, and the location is superb in proximity to the trails. The coffee and waffle bar is an excellent touch!

Great location, very clean - perfect spot in Bentonville

Great location and immaculately clean, this was perfect spot for our weekend in bentonville. We brought along our small dog and were excited to see doggie bags & treats! The house is right next to walking trails so it made the trip to have a nice walking path in the mornings to the local coffee shop instead of the street. The house is well appointed, super clean and had everything we needed plus some yummy surprises at the coffee bar. Will def stay here again if in town.

Exceeded our expectations!

The home was perfectly located next to the trail system and close enough to town which made it easy to get around. The home was very well appointed and had everything I think you would need for a pleasant stay! Beds were comfortable, TV's in every room, kitchen was well set up and the waffle maker was an added bonus! Would definetley stay here again!

Awesome stay for biz & pleasure!

5-stars isn’t enough for us to adequately express our appreciation for this property! The layout, location, amenities and service provided are hard to compare. We will definitely look to stay here again. Steps away from the trailheads and easy bike rides all over Bentonville. We parked the car for our entire stay! Our visit began as a business trip for my husband as he was attending meetings at 21C and the Bentonville Bike Fest. We brought our 12, 10 & 3 year old boys to join in on the fun! The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with full-time residents and STR’s. Everyone is very friendly! The waffle, coffee & tea bar was such an added bonus. We brought bikes for our visit but there were 2 Strider balance bikes provided in the garage for little ones, a bike stand and tool kit. The backyard is Insta-Worthy. Beds sleep very well and the kitchen is fully stocked! If this home is avail, book it!

Stay here, you'll love it!

This property was hands down one of the best homes we've stayed in to date. Down to the waffle/coffee/tea station & fun family games to conveniences for our furry friend, John made sure our stay was comfortable & unique. It was chilly during our stay, so the fireplace was a big hit. If we had time, we would have liked to enjoy the firepit in the yard, next time for sure! Super convenient to downtown Bentonville & bike/hike trails. This home was clean & stylishly decorated, we are sure to stay here again. Pictures and description accurately depict this rental, stay here, you won't be disappointed. John has thought of every detail to make sure your stay is wonderful. The trails are out the back door!
