I welcome you in my 41 square meters apartment, located on the 5th floor with elevator. The apartment is fully equipped, well furnished and ready to receive four people. It is very well connected to all Paris by public transport (METRO Line 9 station Buzenval : 2 min walk. Line 2 Avron station: 5 min walk.) and located near all amenities.

## Logement
Located in the 20ᵉ Arrondissement, the accommodation will be perfect for a business or tourist stay.
The accommodation can receive four people and includes: a bedroom with a double bed, a functional equipped kitchen, a dining area, a clean shower room and a nice living area with a sofa bed where you can relax after an intense day.
It has a BALCONY which will be very appreciated in summer!
You will have everything you need to have a great stay: Wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, iron. A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveller. You will be very well served by public transport, to stroll around the city and its surroundings!
There are several shops, bars and restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation. For your daily shopping, you will have a Lidl at six minutes on foot. During your stay, don't miss visiting the nearby sites of interest, such as: the Place de la Réunion at 3 minutes on foot, the Place de la Nation at 10 minutes on foot, the Palais de la Porte Dorée, the Paris Zoological Park, the Château de Vincennes, the Atelier des Lumières, the Place de la Bastille and many others. Discover also the emblematic sites of PARIS such as: the Cathedral Notre Dame de Paris at 28 minutes by car, the Arc de Triomphe at 35 minutes, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Élysées at 44 minutes by car.

## Emplacement
All in all, the whole contributes to create a lively, popular and friendly district. It is characterized in particular by a very large number of theaters and cafés. You can find all kinds of atmospheres, from punk rock to ethnic music, especially in the vicinity of Bagnolet south of the cemetery and Ménilmontant, around the butte and the avenue of the same name.
The main tourist attraction of the arrondissement is the Père Lachaise Cemetery. The prestigious British newspaper The Guardian has selected the south of the 20th among the 10 coolest districts in Europe. We agree.
