Perfektes Ferienhaus mit toller Verwaltung

Wir haben uns sofort in das Ferienhaus verliebt. Toller Grundriss, klasse Ausstattung und ein einladenden Poolbereich. Einfach klasse! Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung aber auch den Besitzern war 1A, immer schnell und sehr freundlich. 100-prozentige Empfehlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Excellent Property

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect and the outdoor area was beautiful with nice pool and hot tub with simple remote controls. Also, a great view of the canal.

A solid thumbs up

This is a lovely place in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the hot tub every evening and the big-screen TV with an excellent soundbar. Plenty of room in the house for our party of five adults. Patio, pool, and canal view are lovely. Grill worked great. Really nice to have three king-size beds and three full bathrooms.The only knock on our experience was the lack of supplies. No soap, body wash, or shampoo in the showers; no napkins in the kitchen; limited and low-quality paper towels, toilet paper, and facial tissue; only two pods each of dishwasher and laundry detergent; nothing in the refrigerator and little in the pantry and cupboards. We're used to better stocked rentals. We bought many of the things listed above and left the extras for the next renter. That's the way most of the VRBOs we've stayed at operate.

Beautiful home and location

This house delivered everything we expected and more!!It was relaxing being on the canal, sitting on the dock watching the wildlife,The lanai was beautiful, we spent most of our time there, with a large dining table, sofas and pool/hot tub, even outdoor speakers.I would recommend the property!

Amazing Family Getaway

The house was just as advertised. The pool was stunning. Beautiful furnishings and te h throughout the house. Everything worked. Good location close to everything we needed. Even had endangered burrowing owls nearby as a wonderful bonus. Sandra and team were responsive and helpful and friendly. Had one issue during our stay (clogged toilet) and it was fixed in less than an hour. Highly recommend!

Beautiful house in paradise

We really enjoyed our week in Cape Coral. The weather was in the low 90's but didn't fell all that hot. The house is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood right on a canal. We had full use of the house even able to use the garage to park out of the hot sun. We were able to see manatees right in the canal playing along with other wildlife. It was a beautiful week and would definitely stay here again.

Great place

We really enjoyed our week in Cape Coral at your very nice home. It certainly helped that the weather was a perfect 10, but even if it wasn’t we would have been very comfortable. The location is great, and the patio area is awesome. We saw Manatees in the canal and even a couple Dolphins. Thank you for being excellent hosts as it’s always risky booking and taking a trip, this was a pleasure all around and hope to return.

Property is just as described. Beautiful home with plenty of space for the 3 couples. Well equipped kitchen if you chose to cook. I have rented 4 homes in the last 3 years and definitely my favorite. Property Manager, Sandra was very helpful explaining any questions we had.

Very Relaxing!

We spent Thanksgiving with our adult children at this wonderful property! The property had everything that we needed. We loved the heated pool and the boys enjoyed watching football games from the pool. We enjoyed all of the seating available around the pool. We will definitely return!

Items you will need

Loved this home and if possible will return! Just would have helped to know that we needed dish soap, garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. I never have needed to have those before at a VRBO home. So we had to made an additional stop at the store and picked some up. Just wish we had more time!! But that is like any vacation and really like the area and home that you are in.

Beautiful property! Pool and hot tub were fantastic. Floaties and chairs were plenty. If you are looking for a little less of the UV rays, the lanai does protect, some of us wanted a little more sun kissed feel. But, you can sit on the dock and get full sun. Has all the amenities needed! Grocery store within 2 miles. Would definitely return on another vacation!

Great stay

We have rented in the Cape Coral area 5+ years and this was the nicest home with pool thus far. The location was central to all our activities yet in a quiet neighborhood where we walked every morning and counted burrowing owl sightings. The pool/spa were great. The lanai area accommodated card playing, dinners together, loungers for sunbathers and also comfortable outdoor seating in the shade for non sun seekers. We sat on the dock/tiki hut area . This home met all our needs. The property manager and owner were very nice, and responded very timely when booking, checking in and out. We enjoyed it so much we have already booked for next year. Great house and hosts

The house is amazing and we had a fantastic time. The pictures are very accurate and the three main bedrooms are very spacious and the 4th is an ok size too. We loved the outside area and the pools :) just remember to start the heating of the pool as you arrive as it takes awhile to heat it. The hosts are super friendly and helped us out as soon as we got in touch. We would definitely stay in this house again.
