Cocoonr presents Joséphine, a splendid 60 m² apartment, entirely renovated, carefully furnished and decorated to offer you a unique stay in Nantes.
Located on the second floor (no elevator), you'll love the parquet flooring and high ceilings.
Every detail has been thought of to enable you to relax in this Nantes cocoon, whether you're visiting for business or pleasure. Joséphine can comfortably accommodate two travelers.

Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum).

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room with a comfortable lounge/dining area, sofa, armchair, coffee table, wifi, TV.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with microwave, oven, induction hob, etc.
- Bedroom with king-size bed (180×200)
- A shower room with a large double shower and WC

At Joséphine, happiness is found even in the smallest things. You can discover the Rituals brand through their shower range.

Neighborhood:
Ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, you'll be able to enjoy the Talensac market, the flea markets of Place Viarme and the hypercenter, which is just a 7-minute walk away! A 10-minute walk will take you to our famous Château des Ducs de Bretagne or the Ile de Versailles on the banks of the Erdre.
Place Talensac offers a wide range of shops and excellent restaurants in a highly sought-after neighborhood!
For your stay in Nantes, Joséphine is an excellent choice.

Transportation :
- By car: you can park in the Talensac pay parking lot or in the nearby pay streets.
- Nearest train station: Gare Sud is 15 minutes away by public transport.
- Nearest airport: twenty minutes by car
- From the station, you can take the dedicated shuttle bus to the airport in around twenty minutes.
- Tramway: the "50 otages" stop is 4 minutes away.
- You can also opt for the self-service bicycles called "Bicloos", a station is at the end of the street.


Other remarks :
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
- Pets are not accepted
- Wifi included
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
- An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.
- To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
- To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
- Unfortunately, we cannot give you access to the property unless you sign a formal contract.
- This does not affect the conditions agreed via our website or via the various rental platforms.

Agence Cocoonr:
Joséphine is managed by the Cocoonr agency in Nantes and will be prepared for your arrival. You'll be greeted on site by a member of our team who will introduce you to the apartment and its operation, and hand over the keys. To get your stay off to a good start, we'll provide you with a few coffee pods and bags of tea, herbal tea and sugar.
