## Logement
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, it includes:
- a room with a double bed;
- one bedroom with two single beds;
- a bathroom with separate WC, with windows for both;
- an open kitchen with a plate;
- a dining room with a table and 4 chairs;
- a lounge to relax after a day of walking.

You will particularly appreciate its brightness and calm.

During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Wifi, TV, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Vertuo Nespresso coffee machine, etc.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

Please note that the room with the double bed opens onto a small balcony with a small table and 2 chairs. The 2 rooms are separated from each other.

The location of the apartment is ideal for visiting Paris on foot or by bike!
Moreover, it is located in an area with lots of shops, restaurants, markets, very friendly cafes as well as very good bakeries and pastries.

You will find a supermarket "CocciMarket" at the foot of the building for your small everyday purchases.

The area is also well served by public transport.

## Emplacement
The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing. Montmartre became the neighborhood of many artists like Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic blocks with a bourgeois sector or the opposite. Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a great dynamism and respectability.
