Beautiful newly remodeled home located 15 minutes from Indian Rock Beach in a quiet and residential neighborhood that is close to shopping, dining and lively St. Pete Downtown. This house (#5) is managed by the VacationInWestFlorida, feel free to visit us for our SALTLIFE discount coupon or any questions you might have before booking on this site. This 1,900 SF home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms (King, Queen, Full, Full size) all bedrooms have new mattresses, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding), 2 flat screen TV's, convenient tile floors, Large kitchen with granite countertops, Dining room table (seats 8), 2 full bathrooms, fully fenced in backyard with a BBQ charcoal grill, fire pit and gorgeous saltwater heated pool. You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer in the house - which makes life easy! The pool area is fenced in, assuring privacy What's nearby? Indian Rocks Beach and Belleair Beach are both within five-and-a-half miles! Largo Golf Course is just four-and-a-half miles away for guests who brought their golf clubs. Head out to the Florida Botanical Gardens (just over two miles from the home) for a free attraction highlighting the natural beauty of the area or Lake Seminole Park for hiking or biking. Parking Notes: Guests can park two cars in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed. Main House: •BD #1 - King Bed •BD #2 - Queen Bed •BD #3 – 2 Full Beds Please no "Disruptive or Unauthorized Events." We love our neighbors and I am happy that they are ok with us having an Airbnb. House is equipped with 2 outside cameras : Camera #1 to monitor the front of the house Camera #2 to monitor the side of the house with pool equipment There are no cameras monitoring the pool or back patio. Pool is heated during winter months up to 85F.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Sauberes, sehr gemütliches Haus mit tollem Pool. Alles in der Nähe. Restaurants, Supermärkte, Tankstellen. Sehr ruhige und schöne Nachbarschaft. 30 min mit dem Auto nach Clearwater und Tampa Downtown. Sehr zu empfehlen.

A Little Piece of Paradise
The pool and spa were perfect, loved the covered patio! And plenty of seating! Days were sunny and rain free, so pool activity was our daily existence! Played volley ball and floated around for hours! The house was perfect, lots of room for sitting and a dining room table that allowed for many hours of cards! Perfect setting for our little get away!

This property is excellent, as promised. Very nice (and warm) pool. Very clean and in top condition. Quiet neighborhood. It is well north of the downtown area but easy to get around. Host was very responsive. No problems or issues. We would certainly recommend it to anyone.

Decided to take my elderly parents on vacation. This home worked perfectly for us. We absolutely loved the patio/pool area. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Two recommendations for owner hand rails for pool/hot tub and black out blinds for front bedroom.

Such a cute place and so comfy!
After flying all morning and driving 4 hours, it was such a pleasant surprise to walk into such a cute home. It was very clean and arriving at 2am the heated pool was perfect to end a long travel day. Every minute of Our stay was enjoyable, comfortable and relaxing. The esthetic and decor in the home was so well put together. Home is close to shopping and the beautiful Indian rock beach. Will stay again for sure!

This home is a well maintained older home with a pool and hot tub. The interior is comfortable and stylish. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children were very comfortable and had a home style experience. The covered patio was comfortable and very nice for afternoon relaxing and evening cocktails.

Great house with great pool
We enjoyed ourselves very much in the Largo House. There was an issue with the master bedroom which could not be used for 3 nights which was a shame. The communication around this was excellent. One recommendation is to buy 2 more sunbeds as we were with 3 adults and there are only 2 at the pool area.

Beautiful home
My sisters and I visit my 90 year old dad in Largo. The house worked perfectly for us. Plenty of room, nice kitchen and a great outdoor area for grilling sitting and relaxing. The pool made the stay terrific.

Fun house!
This house was very clean, size was perfect. The kitchen was nice size and I love that I was still a part of the living room while cooking. Hot tub and pool were awesome. Great location easy to get to Tampa Bay, Indian Rocks beach and St Petersburg.

Perfect for our short FL visit.
The home was spotless and spacious. Directions were easy to follow regarding check in and out. Location was perfect for us. Would recommend. Only things that we observed was that there were a trail of ants around the perimeter of the pool, the garage remote was missing, and the garage door was not operating. We had to manually lift open the door to pull garbage cans out for pickup. But that wasn’t a huge deal. Family was happy and comfortable. Would stay here again.

Family time
We traveled from Tallahassee to meet with our children from Tallahassee and Orlando. We were celebrating their dads birthday and going to a Rays baseball game. We could not have found a better place to stay. The house was immaculately clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable and there were small comforts of home throughout. The pool and hot tub were awesome. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to all family and friends.

Perfect Tampa Getaway
My family and I had an amazing time time at Largo House in Tampa. The home is spacious, beautifully decorated and clean! From the details to make our beach trip hassle free (beach towels, cooler, chairs, umbrella and toys for the little ones) to the amazing pool area. We had our choice of inflatable toys, a gas grill and comfortable sitting areas with fans and beautiful lights for an evening meal outside. The beds were comfortable and we had towels and plenty of bath toiletries. They provided all the utensils and pots to make a full course family meal. The house is close to the popular Clearwater Beach and many beaches in the area. Busch Gardens and other attractions are also a short drive away. We definitely look forward to going back soon!

Enjoyed the stay and the pool......!
Kid's loved the pool, had lots of fun with the CityPass. Especially loved Bush Gardens, the Zoo and the Aquarium. Grilled outdoors, enjoyed cooking, big garage for large SUV. Nice quiet neighborhood!

We are a Canadian family with kids that fell in love with Florida since our first visit years ago. Unfortunately we don't have enough time to enjoy this lovely house full time and decided to share it with you.

We chose Palm Harbor because of its convenient location. We usually spend 2-3 days in Disney World and the rest of our vacation relaxing on the white sand beaches this area has to offer. It is truly one of the best beaches we've ever seen, no wonder it is rated #1 beach in Florida. We also chose this location because of quiet and friendly neighborhood, distance to mall and everyday shopping
