This cosy pet friendly studio has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Cape Cod's favorite town. There is a king size bed, an air conditioning HVAC split and fan above the bed, a full kitchen with stove, refrigerator and compact dishwasher. The unit has a television with cable and WiFi. There is a tiled bathroom with a large shower stall, wooden flooring in the bedroom and kitchen area.
Grill out on the gas grill provided and enjoy your own rear private small yard space. complete with table and chairs.
Hit the beach for a swim, a stroll or some sunbathing.
This studio is close to everything--restaurants, clubs, bars, galleries, shops and live entertainment. Head to Macmillian Wharf for whale watches and other fun on the water. Short drive or shuttle ride to two of the Cape Cod National Seashore's best beaches, Herring Cove Beach and Race Point Beach. Convenient to Provincetown Airport and ferry service on the wharf.

There is no parking or smoking permitted at the property.

A hidden gem, such a great stay!

This studio was so nice to stay at. Located right near Commercial Street, everything was at our fingertips. Beaches were less than 10 mins by bike. Host was very lovely and accommodating. Studio’s outdoor space was a wonderful perk. For a couple this was way better than going to a b&b as this has more private and had lots of space. Couldn’t recommend more and will be back next summer!

The house, location, etc. we’re exactly as described and exactly what we wanted for the long weekend. However, VRBO had multiple system problems and messaging was only available sporadically….no fault of the property owner. Was a great stay otherwise

Beautiful, Pet Friendly, Comfortable ..... Can't be Beat!

Fantastic spot, close to where ever you want to be. Cutely appointed and updated large studio condo in town location was perfect! We stayed with our dog "Daisy" we found many dog friendly restaurants and canine amenities throughout town! Sure was nice being able to forget the car and travel on foot and bike.... a great break from the day to day routine.

Great, quiet place with a perfect central location!

Rhian's place is a perfect spot in Ptown, right in the middle between the East and West Ends. You're a block off the shop and restaurants on Commercial without having the noise of it. The unit itself if tucked well behind the road, quiet, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a king sized bed, great shower, and kitchenette. Highly recommend! Especially among the limited pet-friendly offerings in Ptown!

Fantastic Stay!

Rhian and Maria were wonderful and thoughtful hosts. The space was wonderful, even better than I expected. Very clean and well thought out. The location was perfect - super close to commercial st, but tucked away in a quiet area. Our pup especially felt very much at home. I will definitely look to book here anytime I visit ptown in the future.

Book it!

I have been renting in Ptown every summer for years and this was my absolute favorite rental. Aside from being a beautiful space that is perfect for 2 people, the location cannot be beat. It is quiet and private, perfect for a relaxing getaway, but so close to everything! Maria and Rhian were amazing hosts that made me feel welcome immediately. I couldn't have asked for anything more for the 2 weeks I was there.

Charming and great location

This large studio apartment is in such a charming spot and extremely well-located in the heart of P-town. It's got great modern decor and lots of natural light, and the King-sized bed is a welcome bonus! Rhian was a friendly and very helpful host who responded quickly to all of our inquiries. We loved our stay!!

Quiet and close to the action in P-town

Maria & Rhian's place was perfect for our beach vacation and seeing sights around Provincetown. The location couldn't be better - off the main strip and quiet but one block from the center and goings on at Commercial St. It is a roomier apartment than we thought, clean, and well-outfitted with modern touches throughout. The kitchen is great for cooking and with plenty of cutlery etc. The small outdoor area was a peaceful place to chill before dinner. Hope we can get back to this spot next time!

Wonderful place and hosts

Wonderful and quaint place, perfect for 2 people, great central location. Hosts are wonderful and very thoughtful people, they were immediately available to attend for any unforeseen issues. Great overall experience!
