Magnificent family house of character with a large garden not overlooked in the heart of the Pôtanaise countryside, 12 minutes from the beaches of Saint Cast and 20 minutes from Cap Fréhel and Fort Lalatte.
This residence consists of an equipped and fitted kitchen opening onto a dining room, leading to the cozy living room, with its open fireplace.
An atypical bathroom with bathtub and shower will help you relax.
Upstairs, a landing offers a pretty office area and serves two bedrooms, each with a 160 cm double bed and a 90 cm single bed. One of the two has a private bathroom with WC.
A third bedroom away from the others will accommodate the most independent among you. It is equipped with a 140 double bed and 2 single beds.
You will enjoy the terrace and the outdoors for a pleasant stay with family or friends. Evenings around the ping-pong table, a family volleyball tournament or a penalty shootout, all with the pleasant smell of barbecue.
