Water's Edge on Cayuga Lake in Ithaca

Now is the perfect time to start planning your vacations for 2025. Come, stay, and play at this gorgeous, well-appointed lake house with views from every room. Fully equipped new kitchen with everything you might need for a celebration! Our dining table seats 10. There are sliding glass doors to water, 2-sided gas fireplace, living room w/large sectional, desk, printer, & 65" smartTV. Stunning queen guest room w/full bath. 3rd bedroom w/twin-over-full bunks, daybed, and skylight. Common area w/sleeper sofa, tv, & reading nook. King suite w/fireplace, smartTV & outdoor deck with bistro set. Master bath has a gorgeous glass shower with pebble floor, soaker tub, & skylight. Outdoor dining table, huge deck with comfy furniture, gas bbq, & 2 fire pits. Dock, boathouse, kayaks, & paddle board. High chair, pack-n-play, and kids dinnerware/utensils. A/C, Wifi, new washer/dryer, games, puzzles, and books for all ages.
House is 3 stories high. Ground floor full kitchen, dining room, half bath, and living room with fireplace leading to porch overlooking the lake. Second floor queen guest room with full bath, common area with sleeper sofa, half bath, "kids" bedroom with bunk beds and daybed. Top floor master suite with king bed, full bath, fireplace, and private deck overlooking the water. Boathouse with lift for boats under 20 ft.

There are 60 stairs from the parking area to the house so this is not a good choice for people with mobility issues. There is room for 3 cars at the bottom of the driveway and another 3 at the top of the driveway. Entire property line is waterfront so children must be tended to at all times.
There is no smoking allowed anywhere on the property including outside. Please ask any visiting guests to refrain.
