A true oceanfront property, Seven Palms is the perfect vacation home in the Florida Keys. Newly built, this four-bedroom home (two primary suites) is just 100 yards from the open water - an ideal spot for boaters, adventure seekers, and those looking to simply relax.

Take in ocean views from nearly every room, enjoy vibrant sunrises and sunsets from four expansive decks with ample seating, and lounge around your luxurious private pool and spa. This home boasts a private 50-foot protected dock and a fish-cleaning station - all only 300 feet from the open ocean. Other outdoor highlights include a five-burner gas grill, kayaks, bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and a cooler.

Inside, you'll find beautiful decor and an open layout. Relax in the ocean-view living area amidst multiple sofas and a smart TV, and prepare meals in the gourmet kitchen configured with ample granite counter space and stainless steel appliances. Serve appetizers at the kitchen bar for four, then dine together at the table for eight.

The ocean view primary suite is appointed with a walk-in closet, a Smart TV, a private covered balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a double vanity, a walk-in shower, and a separate water closet. The second main-level suite has a smart TV and a sliding door that separates it from the living area. The third “Tortuga Room” features sea turtles and a smart TV; it shares a large bathroom with the fourth "Beachy Room." Extra perks include free WiFi and a washer/dryer.

In this location, you'll be just two blocks from Sombrero Beach, one of the best beaches in the Keys, complete with a park with picnic pavilions and volleyball courts.

THINGS TO KNOW
The dock can only accommodate up to a 34-foot vessel.
Use of the bikes and kayaks is complimentary and at your own risk.
The spa is not heated.
Depending on wind, tides, and time of the year, seaweed can build up on the shoreline and have a distinctive aroma. This property is on the side of the island where this happens far less often, but those who don’t like the ocean smell might consider a different location altogether, outside of the Keys.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: Please be aware - there is super low tide -about 3 feet of water.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
