Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 500 m². The accommodation comprises
- 18 m² living room with TV and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with two single beds
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A private, unheated swimming pool (8mx4m), open from 10am to 8pm from mid-June to mid-September.
